What a blessing to have found Pawsitively Paws and Jess to come to our home and take care of our boys Leo and Lamar. Jess was amazing with making sure our SUPER High needs pets were taken care of and loved while we went away for a few nights. She stayed at our home and I never once had reservations about trusting Jess in our home. Leo took a huge liking to Jess and Was her little shadow during most of the time we were away. Lammy is a bit shy but he ate and even let Jess pet him and pick him up. Lamar is 11 and my husband picked him out as a pup and to this day he can't even pick Lamar up! I loved the updates and pictures we received daily to let us know our pets were doing well. We left instructions for Jess and she followed them better than I could have imagined possible. I recommend Pawsitively Paws and their service to anyone looking for pet sitting services. From setting up an inquiry to getting a call back to booking a meet & greet to the actual service. They were so accommodating, responsive, kind with amazing service! For the first time I truly feel comfortable knowing I can count on Pawsitively Paws to ensure my pets are safe and taken care of during our travels! Thank you Jess!!!!! The boys miss you already! :)

We hired Malina to watch our baby girl, Keva (1 yr old Bengal cat) for 5 days while we were out of town. Would definitely recommend! When I first reached out, she responded quickly and enthusiastically, and scheduled a meet-and-greet to ensure that we all had a chance to meet and feel comfortable before leaving town. When she came by, Keva instantly took a liking to her. She asked lots of questions to make sure she understood our fur-parenting style, what dates we needed her service, and any special requirements that come with our girl. After a visit that instilled much confidence, we lent her a set of keys so she could access our home. Her rate was very fair - $25 per 30-minute visit, which included feeding, emptying the litter box, about 20 minutes of play-time, AND she collected our mail for us! We decided to purchase a food timer so that she could come by once a day and feed her in the morning, and set the timer for 12 hours so her dinner would be automatically administered. We actually we're gone for 10 days and had a friend coming by on weekends to feed/play with our kitty. Malina was great in "trading shifts" with our friend and really made the whole process super easy! Each day she came over, Malina sent lots of adorable pictures of our sweet girl, and made sure to communicate any info regarding her health/behavior that could be important. At the end, she left the keys on our table (we have a self-locking front door) so we were able to avoid the $15 key return fee, which I appreciated! In summary, Malina did a great job, and we will definitely be hiring her again for our next vacation!

Malina is a wonderful walking companion for my dogs. She has consistently gone above and beyond with my dogs, creating and cultivating a special bond with them which is so important in this role. They were comfortable with Malina from the beginning and they now trust her implicitly. She is so passionate about her job and loves each Animal as though it was her own. Without fail, Malina would always provide a very detailed, positive report card highlighting the all the good parts of the day as well as offering constructive feedback where my dogs could use some help. She's is a true professional and and individual that provides some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I'm so sad that she is moving away to start a new chapter in her life, but she will have no problem building a loyal customer wherever she goes. I would highly recommend Malina

My favorite picture ever! Taken by Malina on one of their walks :)

Malina is the best! She is our go-to walker and our 3 pups are always happy to see her. She sends pictures and updates, is comfortable administering meds to our Beagle, and is incredibly reliable. I highly recommend her for pet care/sitting/walking/drop-ins.

As an over protective dog mom, I worry about dog and consider myself very selective about who cares for my baby when I'm not around. I have to say, Malina is the best thing that's happened since I adopted my one year old pup a few months ago. She's friendly, professional, flexible and Buddy immediately perks up when he hears her name. Due to a medical condition, I am not able to physically walk him as much as he needs and Malina has made life much better for little Buddy. I also know that she is the person I will be hiring to board him when I have to go on short trips out of town. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter or walker who you can trust.

I enjoyed her positive approach and how she was super knowledgeable. You can just tell she really loves her job and cares about helping people. I had previously been having issues getting my puppy into obedience classes and was actually asked to leave a group class once because my puppy was too aggressive with others. Deborah taught me the skills to get on my dog's level and find a way to help her be more behaved and overall strengthen our relationship. We worked on many things, everything from jumping, to sitting and waiting for food, and she even helped me take my dog on a walk to work on leash pulling. One of the best parts about Patient Pawz I feel is that Deborah not only lives up to the name by being patient with puppies, she is also extremely patient with owners and really does work to find a time that fits with your schedule as well.

So you enter in a cold metal type garage that doesn't smell all that good. We filled out paperwork & went on our way. It was a hot day, so when we picked her up, it looked like most of the dogs were inside that temperature controlled metal garage. Honestly, it reminded us of the Humane Society. The dogs were jumping all over each other. There were many dogs in a small space. They asked who we were picking up & they went to get her. Our dog came out looking kinda scared. They also did not tell us how our dog did, like if she passed her test. We just assumed she did since nothing was said. Not sure if we were supposed to mention she was there for her test. I just assumed it was marked somewhere so when she was picked up they would know. So we just paid our day fee & left. Upon coming home, our dog was also very thirsty. I wish she could talk & tell us what it was like there.
