Took pet to Vet and was told he received a cut to his paws trimmed. Called and reported it only to be told to bring the vet bill and pictures. Did that and was told it was not their fault. Manager never called me, asked me any further questions or ask the groomer if they tried to trim the fur and cut my pet on accident and then just stopped. will not be using their service ever again. Poor communication and no integrity. Bad service.

The poodle side of him causes mats in some areas and he's very cranky about having his snout trimmed. Randi took all this into account, and she suggested a special plan to make grooming him as easy on him as possible. I dropped him off in the morning. Randi then did a little work on Monty, then let him rest for a while, then groom a little bit, then rest, etc. It would take longer, but it was worth it. I was so happy with the care he received, and how she had taken every point in my (long) list and addressed each one perfectly. One of the special touches is that they don't kennel the dogs during the process. Instead they have a huge play area that's like a mini dog park. Monty was having so much fun when I came to pick him up. They also do have kennels available for dogs who need that instead. Everybody's happy!

The only reason I'm making a review now is because I tried reaching out to give the owner a chance to make it right or even deal with the groomer and I didn't get a respons. I'm absolutely furious about the level of professionalism and incompetence from the groomer.

Most the reptiles and hamsters had little signs in their tanks that said "I went home for Christmas." There was one cat left in the adoption room and she looked so sad seeing another cat being adopted. I hope she got a home for Christmas because she was a beautiful calico. I went there to pick up cat food for my cat and ended up buying Christmas presents for my cat and my mom's cat. The lines were long but moved steadily. Overall, not a bad experience and I saw a woman pushing a duck in a baby carriage so that was wild.

But several times I would get my pit home and notice jagged edges, sharp spots and the equivalent to hang nails on some of her nails. To be fair, I've noticed the price of the services kept getting cheaper as time went on. I guess you get what you pay for

I had taken my dog(s) to Lisa for three or four years. My pom mix was groomed by Lisa for two or…read more three's years, and I never had an issue. She was always clean, and the cut looked good. About a year ago, we got a doodle. I had asked Lisa for the puppy cut when she asked me what I wanted, and she said no, it was too difficult. I had not been to any other groomers before, so I let her do how she wanted. I will say this now, she never cut my doodle the way I requested. She would shave her down and basically make her look like a poodle. I wanted her face left long, she said, but she'll (doodle) will look like a bauble head. In the last visit, Lisa got a new puppy. I saw her puppy biting my doodles tail. Apparently, Lisa didn't. When I picked my dogs up that day, I noticed my dogs tail looked like a feather duster, but I let it go and thought about it for a couple days and contacted her. Below is our interaction. She always said she wouldn't touch their tails. My new groomer said Lisa was basically just shearing them like sheep, straight down. I am happy to say my doodle now looks like a doodle even after being groomed. And my pom looks like a Pom now as well. My doodle was matted all around her privates, like she hasn't had a peri clean done in a couple of visits. I believe Lisa lied to me about my dogs tail. If she had told the truth, I would not have been upset. Dogs will be dogs. Honestly, the whole incident turned out to be a "Blessing in Disguise." I would not have left her without a good reason.
