Believe the bad reviews! Very unprofessional. My sweet girls been getting groomed since she was 6 months old and every groomer we've ever came into contact with talks about how great of a dog she is. But suddenly when we went to this groomer she's "naughty" lol hard to believe. She'd get razor burns, they'd never cut her dew-claws, cut her face too short(even after showing them photos) If you love your furry baby i'd never take them here. Find someone who's gentler, and doesn't feel the need to reply back to any true bad review. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have 2 poodles and have been taking them to Chyanne for almost two years. Recently my dog was clipped and needed to get stitches. That is NOT why I am giving a bad review. I am giving a bad review because: - She didn't tell me she clipped her - She was bleeding Everywhere - Chyanne and her mom pretended that they didn't clip her and tried to hide it - Chyanne uses foul language and calls my dogs little I understand that grooming is difficult and that they might zig while you zag. Accidents happen we are human it's how you handle those situations that determines the outcome. What made me feel uncomfortable was the fact that they denied that they clipped her. They said they didn't use clippers or scissors... I mean really? Her hair is shorter than when I dropped them off! Plus that's the whole reason I bring them, for a bath and a haircut Included are pictures of her texts and the injuries my dog sustained. What makes this worse is I wasn't going to leave a review at all! I was going to let it go but then she texted me... Sucks... I wish this had turned out differently. read more

I have a 20 year old cat that became matted while I was on vacation. I looked high and low for a groomer, and no one would even attempt to groom and/or shave him due to his age and health. (I get it, but the alternative is for him to become more matted until his skin buckles.) Anyhow - Cheyenne to the rescue! She did a beautiful job shaving him andI worked hard to accommodate him and minimize his stress. He came through with flying colors! He's so happy tonight that he's being playful and acting like a spry 19 year old! Just kidding - he has a full belly and is purring in front of the fire. My dog absolutely HATES being groomed. He bites and growls and is just awful, putting it mildly, he is a complete tazmanian devil. With that being said, he was treated with the best care and patience. She took her time, talked to him, tried to consol him as much as possible, and was just wonderful with him. For the fight he gave her, she was able to get the job done and a great job it was. My experience at Paisleys Paws Spaces with Cheyanne the owner of this place was horrible. I took my 11 month old Pomeranian there on 3/11/24 to have a trim in the rear area, knots behind his ears, and bathed and cleaned up. My dog was bathed, knots were removed, rear area trimmed up as I asked. He no longer looked anything like a Pomeranian his Fluffy white tail was trimmed off, his chest area was cut short and chunky as was his Whole Body! I brought in a POM and left with??? I called to see why they had added 3% to my debit card as I could have paid cash. The owner was snappy and demanding that I give her my name and asked again before I could say it she said" You're Fired!! " I had NO intention of Ever going back anyway. She then put my name and phone number on a "FaceBook Groomers site" saying I was looking for a groomer which I am NOT, and Without my permission . I learned this because I got a phone call from a groomer with my Dogs name inquiring today. The owner Cheyanne was Very very unprofessional and without adequate training. read more

Disappointed to write this review.. I've been a customer of this place for awhile now and even taken my dog there to get groomed just days before our wedding because I was so happy with the work they had previously done on my golden. However, last fall we added a leonberger puppy to our family. I was able to take him in once to get groomed with our other dog and had no issues. I work with animals for a living, so I have desensitized him to having his ears, feet, and mouth messed with. Sadly, I don't have all of the grooming tools I need to do a thorough grooming job on him like I would like. It's been a few months since his last groom and he's blowing his coat, so I called to schedule him an appointment. I was returned a phone call today and was told that they wouldn't take him because "he's not had grooming training." They treated him as though he was already a bad, aggressive dog that couldn't be worked with, without even trying? I'm flabbergasted at the way myself and my dog have been treated. He does well for the grooming I'm able to provide at home, so there is no reason why he wouldn't do well once again here. Also, might I mention, the last time I brought him in they tried to inform me to NOT socialize my dog so that he WOULD be aggressive. I should have known to not come back after that comment. Unfortunately I have referred many people here prior to this since I work with animals and people are always looking for groomers.. However, that all stops now as I will not be returning with any of my animals. Don't even bother trying to get your large dogs groomed here, they will turn you away. read more

Chyanne took great care of our fur baby and did a great job grooming her. The shop seems more calm and organized than when the previous owner was there. After taking my pet to Paislees for several months, this is the first encounter that lies and false statements were made. I was told that my appointment time would be changed after requesting. After attempting to take my pet in for the appointment, I was told that the appointment time had not changed. I then called to see what had happened and my information was incorrect. Thankfully this was done via text message so I had a date and a time confirmed in black and white. I was told that because "I was probably at work and could respond right away, the time was never changed." After my pet was dropped at the scheduled time, I called about 1.5 hours later to see how things were going. I was told that I "needed to allow 2 hours". Please keep in mind that this was not the first nor second time but fourth and it has NEVER taken more than 1 hour. I further asked why there was such a drastic time difference which to no avail, any answer was given. I was simply given the response of , "I don't know how to help you and if you want grooming done in less than an hour, you need to contact a mobile groomer." I was then contacted by text, not a call by the said to be owner stating that her employees had reported to her that "I had been rude to them all day." I only made 2, repeat 2 calls to this business. Its difficult to understand how 2 calls turns into all day. I guess that depends on and individually interpreting of time. I attempted to contact the said to be owner. I again received another text message stating that she was out of town and could not speak with me regarding this concern. Please help me understand, how sending a consumer a text message attempting to dismiss a customer via text message is an appropriate business decision? I was informed that a groomer walked out. In the economy today, who isn't short staffed? Working in harder that previous conditions? I believe that most if not all of us, are working with less tools and more demands. What makes this hard to believe is how 2 times of contact turns into all day and a scheduling mishap turned to a consumers fault? I was instructed to come bget my pet because the staff no longer felt comfortable working in her. My pet is a 5lbs shituz. Yes that's right a little dog. When I retrieved my dog, she was soaking wet and had freshly cut hair all over her. No attempt was made to clean up my dog. Bottom line, DO NOT use this business if you have an common sense and care about your pets. read more
