Heather runs a tight ship. All my dealings with the Paws on Pine crew have been great. This was my first time using a dog walking service and I wasn't sure what to expect. PoP set a high bar. Firstly, the service is completely reliable. I work from home quite a bit and our dog walker Jen always arrived at the requested time. Consistency is a big deal when you have a nervous Chihuaha and Jen took the time to introduce Pepper to her stand-in when she was going on vacation. Finally, PoP was really flexible and was always able to work Pepper into the schedule, even when, on a couple of occasions, I was able to give only short notice. I've personally been paired with Sam and Mike and I trust them both implicitly. Each of the walkers arrives promptly and always checks in to see if Betty needs any medication or treats. I'm pretty sure these guys are professional photographers because I can't get Betty to look at the camera to save my life but they send me perfect shots of my little pup. When you have a finicky, easily-stressed rescue cat, it's hard to overstate the relief you feel when receive the first day's texts and photos from Paws on Pine, and see a happy little creature playing games and receiving treats. I've used Paws on Pine for many cat-sitting gigs, including last minute ones, and they've always been amazing. They even fed my fish over the holidays!
