I need to start with a disclaimer. Pecora pet was NOT hired because Tiffany is a good friend. I DID…read moreNOT KNOW Her when I hired them therefor this review is 100% business and has nothing to do with friendship. Our friendship came about as we hot to know each other. We bonded. That being said friendship is friendship and business is business. My good friend Tiffany Pecora and her mom Judy Baker Pecora own Pecora's Pet Care, LLC. Tiff took care of D&G while we were away. Let me tell u.. If u need pet sitting USE THEM!! Tiffany is a good friend but treated this like a job separate from our friendship. The pups stayed on schedule, had walks, lots of cuddling. I got pics & updates. She stripped my bed and put on new sheets and pillow cases and made the bed beautifully! She folded all blankets (offered to wash them all but I stopped her OCD lol!) picked up all toys and the house was SO CLEAN! It made coming home stress free. Whether u need a pet walked, let out, boarding, or overnights at ure house USE THEM!! We also used them daily the 1st year of Gia's life. Let me tell you they were saints. Gia peed in her crate almost daily. They would clean the crate, clean her then walk them both without complaint. We asked Gia be hand fed her lunch (we were teaching her to take food gently as well as practice small commands like "sit" & "stay" ) well she did that too (I have security cameras that no one can see and I saw her doing every single thing I asked of her) I felt like I hit some kind of doggy jackpot!! They are the reason I can go out late, go on vacation, know if there's an emergency they will handle it and I never have to stress! I also recommended them to my SIL. A older friend of hers was standing beside in a hospice as his wife was dying. He knew it would be a week or so and HATED leaving her bedside but had a dog at home. My SIL contacted them (Pecora) and explained his dilemma. They moved things, worked extra hours and gave the man updates on his dog so he could stay by his wife and focus on her. He later mentioned that they were a godsend. He would never have forgiven himself if he left and she passed but because of Pecora Pet that wasn't going to be a worry. I swear you will rest easy while away and when u return!

Theifs and Frauds! Stay away! Couldn't even handle a fish. No accountability. Their standard of…read moreservice is, if the animal is still alive, we did our job. We hired this company to care for our rabbit and our fish for 2 weeks. The rabbit had no water in either container when we returned, but was otherwise fine. The fish, however, was near death in murky, slimy, smelly water! (We did the biweekly water change the day before we left.) Very simple instructions were given for the fish (a beta), 3 pellets daily while we are away. While we were on vacation, the employee called saying, "The pump stopped working, the water was foggy, and the fish completely disappeared." She said she even took the items out and couldn't find the fish. Ok, very odd, but what can we do when 2000 miles away? Fast forward, we return home to find the fish apparently had made himself reappear, although pale and dying in an unfiltered tank full of rotting food. The water was so murky from rotting fish food, one could not even see the other side of the tank. 3 pellets a day for 2 weeks=42 pellets. There were LITERALLY well over one hundred pellets rotting on the bottom of the tank and stuck in the filter intake. The pump/filter was completely clogged but worked fine after I pulled all the food out. Apparently she was just haphazardly sprinkling/dumping food in the tank. Certainly not something you would expect from "professionals." We called Tiffany Pecora immediately, obviously irrited, just to be told that "accidents happen" and "tanks always get dirty when food sits in them." And the most shocking comment came in a rude voice "At least your fish isn't dead". What about the fact that there shouldn't be rotting food at the bottom if he was fed properly?! Or the fact that he was said to be missing in a two gallon tank? Anyway, Judy Pecora calls us a bit later saying that we were "lying about all of it and just trying to make money." It should be noted that our neighbor offered to look after them for free. It was never about the money, we were hoping for experience because we care about our animals. We have used services like this in the past with great results. Just stay away from these people.
