My Ragdoll cat Kesa had mats that she just would not allow me to care for. When I called to make an…read moreappointment I found out the Pooch Parlor and Kitty Too was closed on my days off. However, the wonderful owner opened for me on her day off and took wonderful care of my cat by clipping my cat's fur as asked (all but head, legs and tail) without incident. Had it been me I would have had to go to the dr's for bites and scratches. Not only that the cost was so reasonable $30.00. Have done this before with mobile or large store and paid more than twice as much. If I ever need to groom either of my cats I will certainly go back to Pooch Parlor and Kitty Too!

So I was a bit worried. At most times he doesn't like anyone except family so yeah I was worried. But when I picked him up he looked amazing. All pretty and fluffy. The lady said he did fine. I was so relieved. Definitely will likely make this a monthly tune up for him. Thank you to who groomed my baby.

They were very attentive and thoughtful--when they noticed my dog's coat tends to get dry, they made sure to use a hypoallergenic shampoo. His nails were clipped and filed very well, too. They know what they are doing with dog grooming . I already know that as this place was a recommend. What I really want to tell you about is their customer service. In a world where most businesses act like they are doing you a favor taking your money, that is not what happened here. I was having a hectic day and my car was acting. My schedule was changing. I thought get poopsie, go home and just relax. Nope my car died in their parking lot. Took 3 days to fix and they never complained. Thank you Puppy Love!!!

She and her staff, who are so well taught by her, see things that others will miss, they notice why your pup may be doing things, itching, wearing on a space, etc. West Salem grooming is just the best no comparison. Thanks so much Linda. Benson, and Gus are grateful.

We've been going here for over a year. Our regular groomer, Miranda, took off for maternity and now…read moremy dog, Maggy, "is too aggressive - it's a safety issue." She wouldn't let them work on one of her paws. She's never let them work on one of her paws. She shows teeth but they've never reported anything more. It's unfortunate and a little disappointing. They do an alright job. It's super convenient but Moon our german shepherd is always really damp when I pick her up and it's a hit or miss with the proper grooming especially around the potty area where if not done properly can create a mess and the hair matted since our last grooming. Perhaps I shouldn't have asked them to please pay more attention to that area when I dropped them off. It's a bit of a mad house but I appreciated them working with us with Maggy's sensitivity to her paw being worked on.
