When I picked her up, she was already in her carrier, so I was unaware of the injury, but when I let her out of her carrier at home, her ear was dripping blood across the floor. When I reached out to Melissa about the injury, she said she was totally unaware. I found this very hard to believe as ears really bleed and should have been very noticeable. She wouldn't let them work on one of her paws. She's never let them work on one of her paws. She shows teeth but they've never reported anything more. It's unfortunate and a little disappointing. They do an alright job. It's super convenient but Moon our german shepherd is always really damp when I pick her up and it's a hit or miss with the proper grooming especially around the potty area where if not done properly can create a mess and the hair matted since our last grooming. Perhaps I shouldn't have asked them to please pay more attention to that area when I dropped them off. It's a bit of a mad house but I appreciated them working with us with Maggy's sensitivity to her paw being worked on.
