I started going to this pawnshop last year sometime every once in a while when I needed money and…read morethere were a few different items that I would pawn every so often when I needed money up until two or three months ago I had never not pick something up. I went into pawn an item for $100 and I had never gotten less than that before. I was immediately told only $50 and then after a few minutes it was up to $75. The item that I was trying to pawn, I actually did a partial trade partial cash payment to get it as it was being sold for a little under $300. And according to John, he would pawn anything that you bought from him for half of what it was sold for. Which because of my trade-in with the cash, half would have equal out to about $150 so $100 should have been fine. Just really irritates me because it feels like John rip me off. I thought he viewed me as a good customer, but not only shorted me on what I was asking didn't even look me in the eye when he was saying it like he was preoccupied with something else and seem to just try to hurry me out the door so to speak. Because of this, I will not go back.

Thank you Jay for everything! It was such a pleasure meeting you. I love my new Breitling!…read more We stopped in only to get my husband's Breitling band adjusted but walked out with my new beautiful Chronomat timepiece! Thanks to Jay and his patience in showing us some great items and taking care of us. The jewelry is nicely showcased and overall, it's just an upscale and gorgeous store! Friendly staff - so many people came by asking if we had been helped when we were waiting. I highly recommend that you stop in for all your fine jewelry needs.

Greetings Jay, I…read morewould like to let you know that after a short consideration, we decided to keep my wedding ring instead of pursuing a new ring as you offered yesterday to replace or mitigate the fact that my original ring was reshaped by over sanding, over polishing and removing the middle/center gold texture. The ring that I received is lighter, meaning material, gold, was removed in excess from all angles. This is my wedding ring, which I am being wearing for 30 years now, and it breaks my heart, because in a way the sense I had wearing my dear wedding ring is gone. Your smith guy is really quick at sanding and poshing heavily and that of course produce workbench earnings. Because I do not think you dispose such valuables in other way. I am sure you do not want to replace it with a new ring, losing $3000 as you stated. Probably the ring will be disappointing for me and with less quality than the one I bought 30 years ago. I am not asking for any refunds at all. I think I made a mistake trusting you with such important and intimated pieces of my wedding memories. I noticed today that even the ring is out of the rounded shape. Overall, either neglecting or unprofessional way to handle my ring. I will weight, measure any gold made pieces before scheduling any work to avoid such mishaps. I will take good pictures and document clearly what I am requesting from a Jeweler maker next time. At the end of this business transaction the one taking a loss was me, because my ring is not the same and I did not received in return the work that I asked from your company. Does polishing gold remove gold? AI Overview Yes, polishing gold does remove a microscopic layer of metal to smooth out scratches and restore shine, which means it technically reduces the total amount of gold. While the amount removed during a single, professional polish is negligent--often mere microns--frequent or aggressive polishing over many years can wear down jewelry and reduce its weight. Carlos -
