I say that to explain that I'm not giving some sour grapes review because I can't get more than I paid for something. Which happens all day long in these businesses. That said... platinum is $1475/oz today. I just called these guys and after some I'm not sure and bring it by so we can see it nonsense, he quoted me $1000 for my platinum bars? Now even the most aggressive coin shop would only be $80-$100 back of spot? So almost $500 back of spot might be the worst I've ever seen? 3-5% margins are common with bullion. I made a great living on that margin. A 34% margin is ridiculous and seems to me to be really trying to take advantage of customers that don't know any better? Sorry guys but pretty awful. You can do better. The refinery will pay you $12 over spot today. You could've quoted me $1375 and made $100 profit for 5 minutes of your time? That's after $12 shipping? Disappointing encounter. I will just ship my metal, no big deal. I was just looking to establish a relationship with a local dealer. I love to see people make money. I would never tell a guy what to make? But you guys aren't even close to the universe of being in the ballpark. Sorry

Thanks to Jay and his patience in showing us some great items and taking care of us. The jewelry is nicely showcased and overall, it's just an upscale and gorgeous store! Friendly staff - so many people came by asking if we had been helped when we were waiting. I highly recommend that you stop in for all your fine jewelry needs.

Greetings Jay, I…read morewould like to let you know that after a short consideration, we decided to keep my wedding ring instead of pursuing a new ring as you offered yesterday to replace or mitigate the fact that my original ring was reshaped by over sanding, over polishing and removing the middle/center gold texture. The ring that I received is lighter, meaning material, gold, was removed in excess from all angles. This is my wedding ring, which I am being wearing for 30 years now, and it breaks my heart, because in a way the sense I had wearing my dear wedding ring is gone. Your smith guy is really quick at sanding and poshing heavily and that of course produce workbench earnings. Because I do not think you dispose such valuables in other way. I am sure you do not want to replace it with a new ring, losing $3000 as you stated. Probably the ring will be disappointing for me and with less quality than the one I bought 30 years ago. I am not asking for any refunds at all. I think I made a mistake trusting you with such important and intimated pieces of my wedding memories. I noticed today that even the ring is out of the rounded shape. Overall, either neglecting or unprofessional way to handle my ring. I will weight, measure any gold made pieces before scheduling any work to avoid such mishaps. I will take good pictures and document clearly what I am requesting from a Jeweler maker next time. At the end of this business transaction the one taking a loss was me, because my ring is not the same and I did not received in return the work that I asked from your company. Does polishing gold remove gold? AI Overview Yes, polishing gold does remove a microscopic layer of metal to smooth out scratches and restore shine, which means it technically reduces the total amount of gold. While the amount removed during a single, professional polish is negligent--often mere microns--frequent or aggressive polishing over many years can wear down jewelry and reduce its weight. Carlos -

What a fantastic display case and selection of rings in them. The staff and manager are the best! The know their diamond rings and how to work with a customer to find what they like at a reasonable price. They are willing to work with you to find the right ring. I am pretty sure that my girl will love their engagement rings. I picked out one that I believe she will love.

This particular day I was looking to have my diamond ring cleaned. Embarrassingly, it's been many years since I've got it cleaned. My hubby and I went in and asked them if they did that type of service and how much would it cost. A very nice man named Josh took my ring and really checked it out under a monocular. He said that he could clean it right there in the store and that there would be absolutely no charge. Whoa? Really? Free? We of course jumped on that and loved the results. My diamond shines ever so brightly and I am a happy customer. I then decided to shop their jewelry case. I was surprised that their jewelry is just stunning. They do run sales from time to time. The sales girl Jessica was patient, knowledgeable and kind. I did not end up buying jewelry today, but I certainly will be back. Thanks Morgan Jewelers for bringing customer service back.
