Unlike Augie, who was always sweet and extremely mellow even as a puppy, Nala bit us in the face, barked, destroyed things in our home and terrorized Augie to the extent that he would run away from her. We weren't sure we could keep her because she was so badly behaved and seemed untrainable. In the span of 3 weeks, David transformed Nala from a challenging puppy into a dream puppy. She obeys all the commands, walks off leash in our wooded neighborhood, sleeps hours later than when she left and most importantly she is able to play well with Augie who now seeks her out and willingly allows her even to sleep in his own bed. David sent dozens of videos so we could watch her while she was in training and learn the language she was learning from David. He kept in contact and was even able to drop her off and meet our other dog for a walk with Nala. Without Massachusetts Dog Training, we would likely have given our wonderful puppy away and never realized what a gem we had. David helped to uncover Nala's true potential and helped us to realize how smart, sweet and special she is. We will be forever grateful for his wisdom, expertise and love for our Nala.

But occasionally i am "assisted" by an older woman who is NOT very nice at all. In the past she has given me so much attitude about grabbing the crickets and treats me like i'm inconveniencing her entire day, even when i ask extremely politely. I just visited this location and had to leave. My boyfriend and i stopped in to grab our weekly batch of crickets and patiently waited around for a while with other customers as well. He ended up going to the front to ask her for some assistance and was told "we do NOT do that any longer you can get there bagged ones" there were two sad bags of 10 small crickets left half dead. We are now on the way to Auburn to get crickets. Do better lady.

Since joining the Loyalty and Legacy family, Georgie has attended 1:1 sessions and school weekly. At school, he goes on pack walks, practices skills, and plays appropriately with dogs of all sizes. We have seen his confidence increase and we are able to take him anywhere in the community; most recently, he went out to dinner for Paws on the Patio followed by trips out for ice cream. Everywhere he has gone, people and other dogs have been able to approach without incident. We are extremely pleased with the services Jade and her team provide. Bucho is Georgie's favorite and walks with Dee are a hit.

I was able to get an appointment for my puppy right away. A tech came out and helped me with my…read morepuppy; I was having difficulty walking. When we entered the exam room I handed the tech and said my vet wanted it checked for parasites. The veterinarian came in and was very attentive to Parker. She examined him, checked his vitals and asked appropriate questions. The tech re-entered the room and announced he checked Parker's stool sample and it found no worms. I was puzzled and reminded him it needed to be checked for parasites; he nodded and said it will be sent out for testing. A week later I called for the results, having heard nothing and was informed I did not bring a sample with me. Subsequently, I received a call from the vet who apologized and said the stool sample had been discarded rather than sent out for testing. In the meantime a 2nd dog became ill and was hit harder, and lasted longer, than the virus had been for my puppy. I want to make it clear that in no way do I blame the vet. I repeated to the tech when the vet left the room that the sample had to be sent out and checked for parasites to which he confirmed knowing and was going to send it out to the lab. When I was ready to leave, this same tech helped me out to my car. I again reminded him the stool sample had to be checked for parasites to which he responded in the affirmative and said it was all set to go to the lab. His error resulted in almost a month's delay, obtaining a new sample, paying another veterinarian to send the sample for testing, on a rush basis, and getting a positive result for a particular parasite. My puppy is now being treated, finally! If I need the services of this clinic again I will certainly accept an appointment, but I will request the tech not be involved in any future appointments.
