Erin was patient with her and she looks beautiful! I knew she would!!! I used to groom her myself(I was by taught by another groomer) but after a failed spinal fusion surgery it became to difficult for me and it took hours. So after lots and lots of research, I decided to go ahead and book with Erin. I know people might think I'm nuts driving 30mins for a dog groomer but I will tell you it was well worth the trip. The salon is very clean. Dogs get a cute little room to wait for their mommy/daddy to pick them up. Check in was very quick and I was called 10 minutes before she was completed. I will be returning to Claws and Paws for Xena's next groom.

Then was told 20 more minutes. Went there, and she wasn't close to done! Her cut looks like I did it myself. Never again. I was told there was a delay because lots of dogs were "pooping and peeing." I was getting nervous so I went there only to be told she wasn't ready yet. I was told to come back in half an hour. I stayed and it actually took about 45 minutes. While I waited, I noticed that not only the woman behind the desk was new, but I didn't recognize anyone working there! My dog was shaking when she was brought to me. She looked like her body was trimmed but her head was not. I didn't say anything to them . I just wanted to get her out of there. Even that took her ten minutes to check me out and I paid cash....$95.00. They did the worse job ever. I will never bring her back. Dominic did an absolutely amazing job on our little havapoo and he text me 15 min prior to being done so I had time to drive back. Our previous groomer said she always needed a second person to help hold her because she doesn't like her nails being clipped but Dominic was able to do it on his own. She smells great and looks so cute!! We will definitely be back and I'm so grateful to have found our new groomer!! He is the best!
