When Luc got older & arthritic, Jodi took care that Luc did not have to stand long. We'd ask for special cuts or ask Jodi if she could cut rather than shave because Luc had bumps & skin tags. She always accommodated Luc's needs. When Luc died a few weeks ago, Jodi sent a lovely card with a sweet message. We were very touched. I highly recommend Jodi & Skipton West. She is a wonderful groomer and a lovely person. and if we have another Bichon, we hope Jodi will be open to grooming one more dog.

Kim is an incredible pet sitter! We have a very old cat (20 years) who cannot really hear, which…read moremeans he doesn't come down to eat when the pet sitter arrives. Kim patiently looked through all his hiding spots (even finding him in an old favorite that he hasn't used in awhile!) to make sure he had the chance to eat. She also graciously took care of a truckload of packages that unfortunately arrived just as we left town. Our cats are always very clearly cared for by Kim- when we return they are relaxed and calm, not anxious or worried. I feel that pet sitting requires a very special person, and Kim is that person. We have had a lot of pet sitters in our 20+ years of having pets, and she is the best.

For years, I have trusted your business with his care, but the results of this last visit were…read moreunacceptable. Not only was the physical cut poorly executed, but the emotional toll on my dog has been severe. Since that appointment, his behavior has changed drastically; he now paces constantly and exhibits extreme fear. I have had him evaluated by a veterinarian, who has officially diagnosed him with trauma. He is now on prescription medication for depression and anxiety to help him cope with the aftermath of his experience at your spa. I attempted to resolve this by leaving a phone message, but I have yet to receive a return call. I expect a professional response to discuss this matter and how you intend to address the situation.

They carry a good selection of high quality, all-natural dog and cat food brands including, but not limited to: Orijen, Innova/Innova EVO, Wellness/Wellness CORE, Solid Gold, Taste of the Wild, Canidae/Felidae, Timberwolf, Abady, and Merrick. They also carry Oma's Pride raw diets. They also have a good selection of healthy treats on hand. The Pet Barn does carry a small selection of collars, leashes, toys, and cat litter, but it is primarily a pet food store, so do not expect entire shelves of toys and leashes. There is typically one or two staff working at a time, both of whom are kind and friendly. One of the staff owns a beautiful purebred Keeshond who acts as a door greeter. This store is rarely packed, so one should be able to go in and out in just a few minutes. The Pet Barn represents how it was like before Petco and PetSmart came about.

He spent just about two hours with me and both of my dogs and what a difference from the beginning to the end of the visit. One of my dogs has a really hard time with other dogs. He brought his dog with him and before he left they were walking together and laying near each other. He also helped me bring my dogs near my neighbors dogs who I've always had an issue with and they were great. He really brought a different side out in my dogs and I couldn't be more appreciative and grateful for his help. I would absolutely recommend Alpha Dog to anyone who wants a good, reliable, honest and caring person to help with their pups. Two thumbs up from Jada, Bentley and I.

Our Maine Coon kitty had been very ill and developed matted fur and knots bec she couldn't wash herself properly. I called and explained the situation and Van met us at the shop. They felt like a million bucks. They have passed on and we just adopted a rescue pup and will be going to Flying Fur with her. I can't say enough good things about all of the groomers and staff. I trust them with Freddie implicitly, and he's always ecstatic to get out of the car and into daycare in the morning, which I never thought I'd be able to say. I couldn't be more grateful, and neither could Freddie!
