What a terrible experience. Dropped two of my dogs off to their 11am appointment. I have not heard a word for several hours so I called at 4:30 to check on my dogs, they still have not even touch them by this point. The guy went ahead and explained a sorry story as to why my dogs have not been touched yet. He then proceed to say they'll be done in 1 hr. I totally lost track of time and realized my dogs are not home. Let me remind you now it's 7pm. My dogs appointment was at 11am. An eight hour day for my dogs! I go over there to pick up ny dogs abs ask why it took eight hours to work on two small dogs. His response was "there are people who have waited 10hrs" your point? You think that's okay? Wtf is wrong with this business?! The worst part my dogs have been locked away probably with no water or restroom breaks!!! I not only had to pay this charity of a business, but now I have to pay to get one of my dogs groomed again abs finish what they started!! I wish nothing but I'll will on this business! read more

I contacted Paw Spa for a bath and brush for my terrier mix and due to a cancellation they were able to fit me in the same day. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very professional . I was a little bit weary because of past experiences I've had with having my dog groomed and they put my mind at ease. The owner Jerry actually let me peek into the back which normally is not allowed. Because I wanted to see how clean the facility was. It was very clean other than the obvious dog hair because they were grooming dogs. They called me about two hours later telling me that Winston was done and when I got there he looked perfect. They were able to clip his nails and give him the TLC he needed. I will definitely go back there again and highly recommend Paw Spa's services. The one advice I would give Paw Spa would be to get the resources for debit payments, at this time payments are cash only. read more

This is the place to take your fur baby. I have a dog that is only used to his family, very skittish. When I first got there I put a muzzle on him and left him and his out of control long hair in the hands of strangers. Jerry took great care of my baby and he now has a stylist named Melissa who not only made him look so cute but was able to do it without the muzzle! I'm so impressed and will definitely bring my fur babies to the Paw Spa for all their needs. Great job Jerry and Melissa! read more

I've been looking for a new place to bring my 7month old poodle, and man oh man was I impressed. She's had been growing her fur out for a while and they got all the knots out and made her look beautiful. Customer service was professional and made me feel comfortable leaving her. Trust the reviews about pets being cut here. I personally was a witness to a poor dog yelping his/her little heart out. My heart felt so much pain for the poor little fellow. I wish I would of known who the owner was so I could let them know. I asked the guy if the dog was ok, as he paced very nervous back and forth. I asked him to please go check, he came back and stated that the dog just didn't want to be groomed. I told him that a dog yelping like that is not from it not wanting to be groomed, but rather from it being in pain. He said he was fine. I asked him how many people work here? He said only his wife, WHAT?! So many dogs and only his wife is grooming! And there you have it, this is why all those poor little fellows are being cut. Trying to groom and race through all those poor dogs, hence they get cut. More grooms, more money. As soon as I got home I check my baby for cuts, or anything wrong, thank the Lord he was ok. I will never be returning here again, after my first and only visit. read more

I took both my dogs here to get groomed and they came out looking great! They have pretty long hair and had lots of dreads behind their ears and the groomer was able to get them all. Also I was very impressed with the way they were able to handle my dog Dewey he is frightened very easy I've taken him other places where he seems to come out terrified but did very well here!
