Upon inspection it had a large dent in the driver side door, and it didn't close properly. I asked about it and he offered to put a new door on and have his body shop repair any bent hinges. The result? A non blemished replacement door that fits perfect. In addition, when I had my mechanic come over to give it a thorough shake down, the were very helpful in assisting any way they could to do the various tests on the engine. [I will add that I found their mechanics to be top notch. Not surprising he was an ASE certified mechanic, who had many years experience with the engine in the vehicle I was buying]. In the end I can boil my experience with Everett down to a few words that describe him and his dealership accurately; These guys DO NOT cut corners. He doesn't do high pressure sales crap, but rather takes the time to tell you what he knows (the good and the bad) about the vehicle before making the sale. In the end he wants the customer to be happy, and In my case he achieved his goal. I HIGHLY recommend you at least stop by their lot on south 183 if you are looking for a good used vehicle. The vehicle was misrepresented in several ways, including the mileage, age, and overall condition. I was specifically told the spark plugs had already been replaced, but when the vehicle started having problems and I checked them, the plugs were covered in oil. That alone made it clear to me that I was not told the truth about the condition or maintenance of the car. Shortly after purchase, I also discovered the valve cover gasket was leaking, and I had to replace the spark plugs and ignition coils almost immediately. Even after spending additional money on repairs, the vehicle still is not running correctly. To make matters worse, when it came time to receive my registration sticker, they wanted to charge me $10 just to mail it, and they refused to meet me at their office so I could simply pick it up myself. I understand used cars can have issues, but honesty and transparency matter. I feel like I was misled from the beginning, and what seemed like a decent vehicle quickly turned into an expensive and frustrating situation. I highly recommend that anyone considering buying from this dealership have the vehicle independently inspected before signing anything.

I took the most affordable quote from Kyle Automotive Service Center. I was pleased when the shop called 4 hours later to tell me it was fixed.
