I went in looking to buy a THC cart and upon talking with the worker, he said he would give me a deal of 2 for the price of one since it was my first time shopping there. I was grateful for this, purchased the cartridges and took them out to my car. Once in my car i realized there was nothing in the cartridge containers. Assuming these were samples and i was accidentally handed the wrong ones I went back inside to explain this to the worker. After explaining this i was told there was nothing the worker could do as he was now under the assumption I had taken the cartridges out of the container and brought two empties in trying to scam them. I repeatedly explained the situation and tried to plead with the worker and he did absolutely nothing to make the situation right. Since i was tired and at the end of a long day i wound up buying a new cart just so I could leave and go home not empty handed. This is utter disrespect and poor business practice. The stoner who was running the place should be fired considering he can't even keep track of what he is handing to customers and better yet does nothing to make things right when he screwed up. Cbd, vape stuff, Kratom, glass, etc. is always in stock in tons of different variations. I spend most of my day at my desk and it kills my back. There is a specific type of Kratom that helps with that a lot. So much so that I haven't touched the narcotics my doctor prescribed years ago since finding it and I haven't even taken an ibuprofen. A lot of places don't carry the exact strain or brand that works for me, but oasis does. They also carry it in sizes I didn't even know existed and sell everything at prices far lower than anywhere else I have been. Additionally they open at nine, while everywhere else opens between 10-noon, which is super convenient. I've always only interacted with one staff member there during the several visits I have made but he is friendly, knowledgeable, and I always literally leave smiling because whether it's true or not he acts like he is at his absolute dream job. The employee went on to tell me that if my puffco item is discounted it will void my warranty. He even went on to tell me how he's encountered customers in the past who have had this issue. Naturally I decided to purchase in store so I could keep the warranty. (If you were told your $400 product wasn't warrantied wouldn't you?) I come to find out that I was misled by the employee and I could have kept my online order (with the 25% discount) and still maintained the warranty through puffco. I reached out via the website hoping someone could help me and unfortunately I was met with short answers and a total disregard for customer service. Considering I was given incorrect information from a store employee which ended up costing me 100+ dollars I was anticipating them to recognize the mistake and hopefully attempt to right the wrong.
