They're serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and this is certainly not some roadside greasy spoon... They've got classic menu options you'd expect to see at a nice family restaurant like this. The restaurant is clean and easily accessible, and they have both daily and seasonal specials. They even had promotional giveaways that I got entered into just for buying my meal! In addition to the tasty fare, they have a convenience store for snacks, tax free tobacco, and tax free auto fuel (both diesel and gasoline). I couldn't believe I was at the same Seneca Hawk I remembered from years ago. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a nice meal. You'll be glad you did.

The bathrooms are in the rear of the dispensary. The Ladies Room was so jerry-rigged, I thought I was back in rural Africa: Missing floor tiles, exposed water lines, canted toilets to allow the stall doors to close. Across the street is another Nation-owned gas station which is a chain, and has a much more comfortable situation.

The drive out here was pretty enjoyable and the Native Pride Travel Plaza has everything you could possibly need for a quick stop. Inside of the travel center you can find a diner (which is currently closed due to the pandemic), but the convenient store has all the snacks, shirts, beverages, CBD, and gadgets you could possibly want as long as you wear a mask inside. The gentleman working were super friendly and thanks to this place having woopie pies I left a pretty happy man. Give this place a visit and you won't regret it.

I don't know if one is better than the other, but First American was cheaper by one cent and it was not out of my way. It's full service and the pump cut off at $50 so there were two purchases today to fill the tank of the Sprinter van. And that saved me close to $20 compared to buying OFF the reservation. And if the Native Americans make a slice of profit taking advantage of their status, I think that's great. [Review 1392 of 2024 - 396 in New York - 22415 overall]

I came in around 9:45 p.m., and all of the pizza looked like it had been sitting there much longer than it should have. Because of that, I decided not to get any pizza. What made the experience even worse was an employee named Heather. She was with a man she kept calling "daddy," and they were kissing while I was standing at the register waiting to be checked out. I'm a patient person, but I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes just for her to ring me up. Calling someone "daddy" and showing that kind of affection while on the job is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. After talking to some friends, I found out that Heather regularly has her husband at Crosby's during the night shift, and they often call each other these inappropriate names. I will never be coming to Crosby's at night again. I hope Heather reads this review and either improves her professionalism or that management addresses the situation. I've also heard from multiple people that they avoid coming in when Heather and her husband are there because the atmosphere becomes uncomfortable and inappropriate.

This location is pretty easy to get to on two sides of the traffic circle really and they have full service pumps and "you" pump pumps! However, there is no difference in price and full service only means that they pump it for you - PLEASE don't confuse full service to mean that they will check anything for you! On the Indian Reservation they almost all have self serve as well as they pump it for you - on a cold, windy, snowy, rainy or very hot day (yes we have a few in July) it's nice they they actually pump your gas for you! I guess that's another reason to come here for gas - service - something you won't get at most places you fill up at! Ok - the problem with the Indian Reservation in this area at least, is the fact that there are perhaps about 10 places to fill up at an they are not all the same price. However, when you get to one - just fill up and don't worry about it. Chances are the cost per gallon difference between any of them might be up to 5 cents. What does this mean? Well if your tank is 20 gallons and you are on empty - if you found the cheapest gas price and saved 5 cents per gallon you actually saved $1.00. However, you will have wasted most if not all of those savings in either time or gas looking for the cheapest - be smart - just fill up! Also - there is a Seneca Hawk gas station AND a restaurant - this review is only on the gas station part of things. However, there is one other place that serves as gas station and restaurant - so I'd recommend the other!

Its been around a long time, shows its age, not only looks dumpy but in fact is rather dumpy. Gasoline prices run a few cents less, for reasons of lower taxation, than at gasoline stations not located upon Seneca lands. The prices of gasoline are generally not dictated not profit margin but merely adjusted to run a few cents less nearby off the Indian Reservation properties. Overall, unless you happen to be going right by or near it, the savings hardly make a stop worthwhile. As for smokes, it's here that you can get some real bargains but mostly with cigarettes bearing brand names such as Heron, Gator & etc. that are produced and craft on Seneca Territory in Salamanca, New York. As for their restaurant food (actually the word "grub" would be more appropriate), it's horrid, greasy and has a truck stop flavor it only akin that of burnt out brake linings.
