I literally had the best ham steak cheddar omelette of my life there! I'm drooling thinking about it! The portions are huge she good. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. She let me get rid of the hash brown and toast carbs and sub a side salad instead. The salad was really big and really good. They put the kitchen sink in it. My friend ate my croutons, onions, olives, and tomatoes while I ate the lettuce and cheese haha. My friend's burger was great and for a $2 upcharge they let him get a big order of onion rings instead of fries. He couldn't finish it so he took it home with part of my huge omelette and our mushrooms. He said it reheated well in his air frier and said next time I go by I should pick him up some because it reheats so well. You can tell they have a new menu and have remodeled. Next time I want to try their chilli cheese dog made with their home made chili. Nothing fancy, but good comfort food, I like it :)

Seneca Hawk is a service station, restaurant and convenience store located upon the lands of the Seneca Nation of Indians. The place is rather dated in appearance, even downright truck stop or shacky looking, but so is the rest of Silver Creek. The main motivation for stopping here is the marginally reduced prices on gasoline and cigarettes. Basically they take retail prices of product sold outside of the Nation of Indians, then because of the tax structure and merely reduce it somewhat. The gasoline is of the same quality you get elsewhere coming out of United Refining Company in Warren, Pennsylvania and for cigarettes they offering the standard brand names plus further reduced prices on house labeled like "Seneca" and others. As for food, though they've recently tried to doll up the restaurant décor, it ranges from subpar to what I would consider greasy awful.

Is it the best place? I"m not sure if it's the best, but in my opinion it isn't. I also always thought if I had the most check ins I'd be the "duke", but evidently that's not how it works (has nothing to do with the Seneca Hawk though) - note to Paul I will gain the duke back soon! This location is pretty easy to get to on two sides of the traffic circle really and they have full service pumps and "you" pump pumps! However, there is no difference in price and full service only means that they pump it for you - PLEASE don't confuse full service to mean that they will check anything for you! On the Indian Reservation they almost all have self serve as well as they pump it for you - on a cold, windy, snowy, rainy or very hot day (yes we have a few in July) it's nice they they actually pump your gas for you! I guess that's another reason to come here for gas - service - something you won't get at most places you fill up at! Ok - the problem with the Indian Reservation in this area at least, is the fact that there are perhaps about 10 places to fill up at an they are not all the same price. However, when you get to one - just fill up and don't worry about it. Chances are the cost per gallon difference between any of them might be up to 5 cents. What does this mean? Well if your tank is 20 gallons and you are on empty - if you found the cheapest gas price and saved 5 cents per gallon you actually saved $1.00. However, you will have wasted most if not all of those savings in either time or gas looking for the cheapest - be smart - just fill up! Also - there is a Seneca Hawk gas station AND a restaurant - this review is only on the gas station part of things. However, there is one other place that serves as gas station and restaurant - so I'd recommend the other!

Killer burger! Not a dumpy rest stop at all. Nice quick stop. Big portions. Reasonably priced especially for the quality the quantity of food you get :) cheap gas too. My left overs reheated really well.

    Pot roast/turkey panini. Sharing!
