Literally the best gas station in Western New York. I stop and get gas nearly every single time I go out to my Dad's house in Silver Creek. The gas prices are the cheapest in the area (and beyond). It is worth the stop, the detour, the whatever! You can have the staff pump your gas for you or pump yourself. Either way, it's the place to be. My only "criticism" is that the entrance/exit is not entirely clear and can be dangerous at times with the crazy drivers going in and out. I also can't speak much to the services inside the store as I go specifically for gas. It does seem like there is a drive through area for smokes though. read more

I like Catt-Rez. For smokes and gas. NOT for face masks. Last time I was there they had facemasks 2 for $16+. I didn't bite. Today, they also had a $4 mask. Well, I needed one. The only mask I have is a friend-made cotton mask, which is so wide the cloth often brushes my corneas. It doesn't stay put. The elastic on it is wide, which makes it difficult to keep over the ears. The employee at the walk up window showed me both masks... said the $4 was same as what she was wearing. The $4 one LOOKED like the masks that have been available in my doctors' offices the past few years... but no longer. The bendy part was clearly shaped to her nose. Yes, that's what I wanted -- to keep the cloth out of my eyes. Besides, the $8 one could only be bought as a pair for $16.95. So I bought one. I did not try it until I went into Tops in Derby, NY, on my way home. Photo below. I don't know what the nose (bendy) part is made of.. maybe carboard. It does not shape to nose. It does not keep the material from creeping into the eyes. Gas was $1.33 though and my cigs were $22.50/carton. Felt called upon to warn about the $4 mask. read more

Literally NOT the best gas station in Western New York! I think it's the worst. Ask around...Dont believe everything you read... $ 105 dollars! Dear Lord cigarettes cost that much! Purchase for a friend right before Christmas but I made the mistake (dont smoke I didnt know there was a difference between king's instead of 100's or hundo's if you prefer. I WRONGFULLY chose kings.) Day later go in w receipt ask to switch to 100's and realize Ive just broken through Fort Knox security. Alarms! "Whoa, whoa, whoa you aint doing nothin' of the sort mister! No sir! No reasonable individual would ever do that! Your breaking all sort of laws." There are no such laws in place that DO NOT ALLOW transferring of tobacco to another product if deemed the same (which it would be) from there it as Tribal Laws (that don't relate to me) I was breaking. One last thing less the rudeness I dealt with (but thats everywhere these days) they did say if my friend is a regular and he brings them they would consider changing ...no reasoning into why I couldnt exchange them. read more

This place is so horrible many times we have stopped there and the place is unclean. The people who work there are unfriendly and rude and don't have any customer service. The prices here are much higher compared to the other reservations that are around. The people who work there look like they are homeless and I would not want to give them my money. Watch what you buy and what they give you. You are SOL if you don't check your purchases before buying. Once you pay they won't correct their mistakes. Lesson learned the hard way. They practically throw your stuff through the window, don't give a receipt and slam the window shut. I don't mind paying for my mistakes but shouldn't have to pay for theirs. Always the least expensive gas on the rez. $.88 today! Our corner store is still $2.29. Worth a scenic drive as a way to get out of house. Brought Three 5 gallon containers. Saved $43.00 while social distancing. Only recommendation would be for more and faster pumps. read more

Have been going here for years with never a problem until last week. Last Sunday I spent almost $300 on gas and cigarettes. When I got home I was missing 4 bags of cigarettes. When I called to see if I forgot them or what happened I was told they would check and call me tomorrow. No call by Wednesday so I called back. Manager was supposedly outside and would call when he came in. 3 hours later no call so I called back and was told the "higher ups" were told and someone would call in a day or two, I'm still waiting. It has been over a week now with no response from anybody at Catt-Rez. I'm sure they don't care but they have lost a regular customer and I have lost $40.00. This is a very terrible way to do business. If you do go there make sure you count everything you pay for before leaving. read more

My favorite gas station for filling up my car they usually have a contest of some sort running. You can fill out your entry blank and have a chance to win fun things like a new car sometimes or a chocolate bunny rabbit. They usually have the best price in town and almost everybody is friendly and helpful. read more

Best gas prices in the rez! The inside is nice and clean too. Definitely worth the little dive off if you're going South on the I-90 anyways. read more

It's just another crazy stop on the reservation, but typically they have the cheapest gas and the friendliest staff pumping!

don,t purchase gas here 40% water!!!!! Cannot get ahold of them on phone number listed cost me 300.00 to clear it up
