Filling up your tank here is always an experience. There are no rules. There is no time to be respectful of others. There is chaos everywhere and everyone is out for themselves. It's practically the Wild West and I love it. Anything and everything can happen. Stopping here before work to fill up is simultaneously the best and worst moment of my weekday mornings. Gas has been $2.89 here for months on end, definitely the best deal in the city if you don't lose your mind trying to get to a pump. They're often broken, people abandon their cars at the pumps while they buy cigs and play scratch offs, you WILL get cut off in line if you aren't willing to circle like a vulture. Any successful trip here feels like a huge success if you can make it out alive. Additionally, the Dunkin Donuts will always get your order wrong unless you order through the app. I have had a 100% success rate when using the app with the occasional bonus of a "thanks hun" when I say I have a mobile order. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. I purchased gas at Seneca One stop Buffalo location last night at $4.09. Not a great deal considering that there are other non reservation gas stations at same price. I got it anyway since I was low and that was the closest station. It was total mehem driving in there trying to get a pump. Two pumps werent even working. The layout has very poor design and other cars were just millimeters from mine trying to squeeze through. The worst part about going here is seconds after starting my car after filling up, my check engine light went on. Who knows whats in that fuel. Today, I purchased fuel additive at auto zone and now the check engine light went out after about 20 miles. Definetly fuel related. NEVER AGAIN will I go there. read more

Lowest gas prices in Buffalo. And lots of convenience store goodies-- snacks, drinks, novelty ice cream treats, clean restroom,-- as well as everything tobacco related. Parking spaces for store shopping and several gas pump islands. Dunkin Donuts on site, with its own drive thru entrance on Fulton St. No air compressor. The gas price is decent compared to non-reservation /indian pricing. However, Delta Sonic gas is often the same price and at times even cheaper. If you're looking for cheap cartons of cigarettes or cheap gas for your car, then this is the place to come. They also have a Dunkin' Donuts inside. They have snacks and drinks and stuff but the prices are actually quite high. They're no cheaper than the usual convenient store. But they definitely are cheaper if you want Seneca, Smokin' Joe's ,etc.. cartons of cigarettes. It's crazy inside though. Actually what I should say is the people inside as well as outside are crazy . The line for the cigarettes is nuts and for the people getting gas outside there's cars galore trying to get to a gas pump before another car gets to it. There are people fighting outside over gas pumps, etc.... Trying to find a parking space to go inside took a long time and there's cars constantly in and out and it's just crazy there. read more

Nice to have a gas station on an Indian reservation across from the casino in downtown Buffalo. No NYS taxes, so the prices here are solid. The only negative and reason for -1 star is just the lack of air as of June 2021 at the pumps--I needed a little bit of air in one of my tires and had to go somewhere else, but was still glad to fill up here for $2.79 or so a gallon in early June of 2021. Plenty of pumps too, which is a plus, so hopefully you won't need to be waiting in line! read more

I heard they opened recently and I needed gas. We were out at canalside and decided why not. They have a lot of pumps but if they are full the area does not have a lot of room. We were good and pulled right up to an open pump. Gas was about .20-.30 cheaper. What I like is if you are downtown...which is where I work. I have a place ro get gas. We went inside and they have a convenience store which you can tell they are getting set up but they have the usual things inside. Also a Dunkin Donuts will be opening soon so it will be a nice place to stop. Easy access when at Key Bank Center, canalside, Harbor Center, and of course the Buffalo Seneca casino. Perfect addition to the area. read more

I am consistently in giving them business with buying my vapes and in store they are very good however when calling to ask any question about if my vapes have been restocked they are rude on phone and will not answer questions and sometimes even hang up mid conversation of me asking a question. I do not want to make a trip to a store not knowing if they are restocked yet this may sway my decision in riding out to Gail's to get my Razz vapes. My suggestion do better with solid customers asking questions on phone. read more

Terrible. Absolute chaos and designed to bring out the worst in everyone. I visited today and sure, it's nicer to pay $3.35 a gallon as opposed to $3.79, but it really isn't worth confronting a madhouse of drivers, all of whom are angry and impatient. There is no structure to the traffic flow, people are going in all directions, the credit card machine at the pump didn't work, and overall my nerves could not take another visit to this place. read more

It is very nice to have song competitive gas stations in the area and there is a 30 to 40 cent difference in the price between the other gas stations and the one that is downtown across from the casino and it is in a very convenient location and also they do have snacks inside the store and cigarettes and also there is a Dunkin' donut so if you are in the area and you want to save a couple of dollars just stop in and fill up your tank, and you don't have to drive 20 milesto do it and you will be glad that you did read more

This is a super easy place to stop, but the pumps are a little tight together, and there does seem to be a line fairly often. Because of the way it's laid out, traffic there can be challenging so you have to pay very close attention. But they do have great prices... read more

I was so looking forward to the opening of this Seneca outpost, because my husband is a smoker (I know! Ick!), and by mutual agreement, I'm the designated driver to trek out to Akron for his cigarettes. A ten minute drive downtown sounded a lot more appealing. BUT, a carton is five bucks more than I usually pay. Still, it's good to have a nearby option in a pinch. Gas, on the other hand, is the same price (at least it was on my last visit). It's a bit of a zoo - tight quarters, really congested, with no good way to make traffic flow smoother. Saving a few dollars every fill up makes a little chaos easy to bear. I have never seen such a dysfunctional setup for getting gasoline! Cars should be routed in only one way to create a more efficient flow of traffic. If you have to wait a half hour just to get out of the cluster jam it's not worth the few cents savings! Get your act together and figure out a solution to this problem! one of the cashier ladies at the front was so rude to my mother. There was a line behind her and people in front of her and when it was my mother's turn, the cashier said we are closed. She had told her that she should have let everyone know that they were closed so we didn't all have to wait and that it was weird she let us wait for so long. Then the cashier next to her yelled at my mother "that customer in front of you was there before we closed." My mother asked her why she was screaming and being so rude and she screamed "because you're being rude." My mother asked her what did she say that was rude because all she did was asked her was why she didn't tell all of us that had been waiting that they were closed earlier. Then she told her "the door is over there." and made her leave the store. My mother is a Chinese immigrant with an accent and broken English. Were the cashiers being prejudice? They were both white women. So we would not be surprised. My mother had to call the manager to leave a complaint. read more

Gas prices might be nice, but the layout of the traffic is horrific. People coming in and out of both entrances, pulling into pumps in both directions from in front and behind causing the worst flow. Angry people mixed with all the pan handlers is what you can expect here. Also, I've witnessed pretty bad management inside the store. Personally heard a Manger speaking very unprofessional to the staff. Sad that this establishment is run so poorly. read more

Avoid going here until they actually start selling gas at prices that reflect tax free status. Visit yesterday had prices 10 or more cents more than most other area stations. This combined with the super difficult access to the pumps make this a "Seneca Don't Stop". read more
