A breakfast gem! We stumbled upon The Pulitzer and a vibrant hostess walked us to the tucked in dining area. There are seats inside with an indoor atrium and outside as well. We were wowwed by the quality of ingredients, garden views, and spectacular service by both waitresses. We ordered the Benedict royale and the salmon bagel sandwich - both spectacular! The eggs are poached perfectly and the bagel had a satisfying crunch. Recommend for an affordable and delightful brunch.

I have been wanting to dine on this patio for a while. Finally the weather was right. We stopped in for breakfast/brunch. It's a peaceful pretty patio in the center of the hotel. It's a small menu but good options. The eggs Benedict were quite good. Eva's were poached perfectly. Instead of an English muffin they were served on some crispy tasty hash brown cakes. Yum! They added some nice crunch and saltiness to the rich hollandaise and eggs. The pancakes are small, fluffy, American style pancakes. Good crust and they were light and fluffy. Berries were sweet and full of flavor. The service was good.

Loving it. I think I found my new Sunday hangout. The garden is amazing for reading a book, or a wine in the sun with a friend. It's very tranquil, not hipster, still a hidden gem at this point. I love the smell of lavender that spreads across the space when the wind blows. The coffee is nice and very reasonably priced. Next time I am most definitely ordering the burata. Great addition to the Pulitzer family!

We went on a weekend when they exclusively serve their famous apple pie, and while the lines can get pretty long, ours actually moved very quickly. The setup is a bit of a hustle: you order at the counter, pay, and then have to hunt for a table (they have seating indoors and outdoors) while balancing your food. Finding an open spot can definitely be a challenge, but we got incredibly lucky and snagged a seat at a communal table right as our plates were handed to us. Logistics aside, the pie is entirely worth it. It's honestly one of the best I've ever had. The crust is beautifully buttery and crumbly, and the warm apples have the absolute perfect texture--a brilliant balance of sweet and tart. It's not overly sweet on its own, but with a generous mountain of whipped cream and a hot coffee, it made for a wonderfully rich afternoon snack. I know a lot of people rave about their chocolate milk too, but the coffee pairing was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend braving the line for this!
