Wonderful! We had a 9am reservation for a Monday morning - they checked our Covid passports and seated us upstairs. The staff was very friendly and professional. The coffee was hot and flavorful; the food was wonderfully prepared and presented - and delicious! What's not to love? We'll certainly come back our next time in Amsterdam.
Loved it here. Came in to have brunch and get some work done. Food quality is superb. Had the salmon royale with ginger tea and carrot cake. WiFi connection is super fast and reliable. The ambience is perfect and cozy. Service is courteous and attentive. Easily could spend hours here. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quality meal in a great environment.
This all day brunch place was very aesthetically pleasing from decor to food plating. The staff was accommodating and food was good! Food: 4 Service: 3.5 Ambience: 4 Overall: 4 I've had my fair share of eggs benedict in my life time and this was the first time I was surprised! Instead of an English muffin, the eggs were held up by two perfectly deep fried hash brown disks, but it was lacking in a bit of salt. It was a very interesting flavor combination. I would definitely come back and try the other dishes! Tip: - Have a second option for your choice in food/drinks. They might have sold out of what you want. - You pay for your meal on the main floor by the bar.
Came here around 1pm and it was bustling. There were a couple of groups waiting for a seat. The venue is pretty big with an second floor for seating. Luckily I was solo dining this time, and was able to squeeze in within 5 minutes. I ended up getting the salmon royale which was perfect. It was nicely season and the fish was really fresh. Definitely would suggest going here if you're in the country visiting! Seems like a lot of locals come here as well.
Really delicious food. I had the pleasure of eating my birthday breakfast here (outside) on a gorgeous day. The eggs were fluffy, the coffee strong, and the toast with garlic butter was out of this world!! The only thing is that the service is pretty slow. Like very slow. Other than that, the food is fresh, the ambiance indoors is wonderful and I recommend visiting for a bite to eat.
So good we visited twice! Set at the rear of Amsterdam Hermitage in a tranquil garden is this lovely chilled place serving really tasty food. Great coffee too. A solid rather than extensive menu. Great friendly service as well. Would definitely recommend for brunch - although do note they switch to lunch menu at 11am (which also looks good!)
So I ate here 3 times while I'm Amsterdam. The coffee the service and the food were amazing. There was plenty of food on the plate and felt it was a value for sure. The last day I tried to go snd it was full. I will be eating there every time I go to Amsterdam. read more

This location is beautiful and lively. The food was incredibly fast! I got the Benny avocado and it was a masterpiece. The crispness of the potato and the soft Benedict with avocado made a incredible combination. Really enjoyed my meal here. read more

10/10 for this place! That atmospheres great very cozy & bright lighting for a brunch. The food was thee absolute best and the Benny's are so delicious. Note for any non locals like myself you pay at the front when you've finished your meal. read more

Nice little breakfast spot next to Vondelpark with unique items. We ordered the Bacon Benny Boy and the Kimcheese Tosti. Both great but my fav was the Kimcheese Tosti, especially the gochujang Mayo that came with it. Slathered that all over the Benny Boy as well. Sooo addicting! read more

Delicious and generous The place is cosy and trendy at the same time. It made me think of Australia, where brunching is sacred. I came twice already and will come back very soon as I live closeby. It's the perfect place to bring friends on a Sunday. Pancakes are very good and the frittata too. I highly recommend it! read more

Great discovery for a top breakfast! We'll definitely start our next trip in Amsterdam with a breakfast at Dignita In the weekend they don't take reservations, but show up early and even a party of 9 (like us) will be seated fast!! Friendly staff and of course great food! read more
Ding ding ding! This ladies and gentleman is a winner. Beautifully designed interiors? Tick! Excellent attentive service? Tick tick!! (Ps. Thijs, you're an angel! Thank you for being such an awesome awesome person!!) Delicious brunch menu with drinks to match? Tick tick tick!!! Oh and doing something good for the people (by literally stuffing your face with food? Ticktickticktick!!!! I'm glad I made my way out of the neighbourhood to visit this new brunch place that's sitting a little further south that I like to venture but all of that fuss was soon replaced with oohs and ahhs as I literally drooled over the menu. They have some revitalised concepts like the salmon and sides that were incredible! And some new menu items I had never seen before on offer for brunch in Amsterdam like the zucchini frittata which oddly, tastes a little Asian inspired with the coriander finish but let me tell you, it was like flavour country in my mouth! And cocktails for brunch? Don't mind if I dooooo! They were incredible. G&Tea? It's practically a breakfast drink! I'll have 3! And lastly.. coffee. It was good. Creamy and simple. I'd like to head back just to be sure it was a good as I remember. I can definitely see this little place knocking off some favourites for brunch off the list. Just wait.. you'll see! Ok so here's my super positive review of a super awesome place. Dignita has impressed the strongest of food critics, that I know. And I'm happy to say that I'm 'almost' a regular. From the decor to the service to the 'OH SO YUMMY' food. Dignita has my vote. It's one of the view places I can always count on. The food is fresh, it's carefully thought out and everything on the plate is beautifully paired. My favorite is their Benny Boy, I just can't ever get over the yummy potato hash. Also green paradise is the most amazing green juice I've ever had. Thanks Dignita for being such a feel good cafe. :)...Till we meet again! read more

Ingredients: * friendly, attentive staff * wifi: eatwelldogood * space: big, spacious place, perfect to find a table in your own corner or find a table in a busy day * cool design, really makes you wonder at every detail, see my pics * water on the house * food: healthy, instagram good looking. I chose something w salmon and poach eggs, and even though i don't like poach eggs, The way my plate looked like made me eat everything without even noticing that those eggs are in there and I don't usually like them. Profi chef does that. * drinks: healthy smoothies, cocktails and coffee * cappuccino: decent to good *prices: 10-15 eur brunch, 4 eur smoothie I say within reason All the profit goes to Not for Sale, an Ngo that helps victims of human trafficking. So eating here kinda helps people. Definitely bringing my friends in here. read more
As my friend also said - it has been a while since I have seen such a good menu. So into it, I love it! First time I went, I had the Eggs Benedict with salmon, I could not resist. I thought the dish looked nice, tasted great, and was very filling. Unfortunately, the fullness kept me away from trying the pancakes. But that is the more reason to come back. So indeed, I did come back. Yet, I did not go for the pancakes (there shall be a next time). I started of by ordering the Raspberry Beets with chia seeds and lemon juice - loved it. It is a great starter, and it is less sweet than you would normally expect. This was followed by the Forest Dwellers with an extra side of black pudding. It was a great tasting mix of different mushroom varieties, served on top of sourdough bread. All of this was topped with two properly poached eggs, allowing for the oozing yolk to form a nice sauce. Overall, this is place is a good reason to venture into the west-end of Oud Zuid. Far less busy than the similarly-minded Bakers and Roasters, so you do not wait for an hour or more if you are hungry, and need a filling and tasty beginning to your day. read more

This place already seems popular and it hasn't been open that long! But I definitely see why. Delicious food with large portions in a cozy setting. The perfect place for brunch! As Oana said, the food is totally Instagram-worthy. Don't be shy--it's a piece of art. I almost didn't want to eat it since it was so beautiful. But I did and it was delicious! The tea here is very good. I mean it's a good high quality tea. I hate when I get crap tea at some of these "nice" places. Just be aware that if you get a pot, you should probably share it. It's a good 3-4 cups inside! There have sweets and pastries on display as soon as you walk in, so they might hook you right away! Accessibility is nice with the tram but I would leave the bike parking to the Amstelveenseweg corner as there's not close bike parking in front of the store. read more
The best breakfast I've had in a VERY long time! My friends and I were visiting Amsterdam for the weekend and stumbled upon Dignita. Very close to Vondelpark and we were seated right away even on a busy Saturday morning. We each ordered drinks (mostly beers, because, brunch...) and I also ordered the mango hemp juice (needs more sweetness of some kind but not bad. My friends absolutely LOVED their brunch dishes like the salmon benedict, the falafel platter, and the mushroom benedict, I had the regular eggs benedict but with hash browns- OMG THEIR HASHBROWNS are amazing! The customers service was so sweet, our waitress was very attentive and nice. I really recommend this place if you're staying in the area! read more
My favorite spot in Amsterdam. The Japanese inspired salad bowl, the poached eggs on hash browns were both delicious and possibly the best carrot cake I've ever had, even though it lacked the sour cream frosting I love so much, their version didn't need it. The place has three levels and it's full of friends and family and is filled with light and great staff. read more

We found this place just because it was close to our hotel and it was really good, and very friendly staff!! No long wait, pretty good size restaurant for Amsterdam. I had the American stack pancakes and my husband had the Benny boy and they were both amazing! read more
Wow. I came here 3 times in a 5 day period just for the pancakes! They are unbelievably delicious. I wanted to give other dishes a try, but I just couldn't cheat on my favorite. Finally, I decided to try the eggs Benedict, and I really, really loved them too. Dignita is truly a 5 star experience, and despite what the one reviewer said about people being soft in their giving out of 5 stars because it's food for a cause, that's not what they're about. The experience is truly that good. The service is even better than the food! Every person I interacted with here was incredibly kind, and I now wonder if this place is really just a front for an alien race of loving beings who know how to make the perfect pancakes. I dunno, I'll let you decide. Visit Dignita, and spend your money happily knowing that you are contributing to a cause while having some of the best brunch you'll ever have. read more

Nice Café with fabulous food and drinks. They are specialized on poached eggs, so almost every dish contains one. You also get two breakfast options with croissants. The breakfast options can be ordered until 11, the rest is available the whole day. We tried several dishes and recommend you take the forest dweller and/or one of there cakes (the chocolate brownie was increadible). The pancakes looked also very yummy. Go there and try it out ;) read more

INCREDIBLE. I REPEAT: INCREDIBLE. Do yourself a favor and have brunch here during your stay in Amsterdam. Rent a bike, take an uber, walk, i dont care, JUST DO IT. This place is THAT good. Pictures dont do it justice. For once! A brunch that had creative, delicious, hearty, healthier options! We had Moist light fluffy pancakes, and two savory egg dishes with delicious sautéed vegetables including my truffle mushrooms. We'll never forget this brunch! read more

This place was good, but it didn't blow me away. I had the poached eggs with salmon, and I was surprised that the salmon was cooked. It seemed like a popular breakfast place. It took a very long time between the coffee getting there and the food, so I didn't love that. I probably wouldn't go back. read more
