On the third day I got through ten minutes after they opened and was told he had 20 people standing in front of him and I would have to try again the next day. Well, I called a different repair shop the next morning and they got me in that day for the work. Not only did the young man patch up the tire, he went a step further and removed the spare from under my truck, balanced both tires, swapped rims with the damaged tire, replaced the spare under the truck. We feel like we are being taken advantage of. I like the personal connection I have with them and the history. They will do their best to fix any issue you have, as fast as they can. They are doing their best during COVID - though, there has been one or two occasions when there were 6 to 7 people inside, when the maximum is 5. Everyone was wearing a mask, though.
