They told me their prices were listed on their website, which looked fair. I ordered a 30-yard dumpster for $350, to be deducted from the proceeds of the scrap. We filled it with over 5,500 pounds of copper plumbing, electrical wire, and cast iron -- and it was picked up on September 27, 2025. Two weeks later, after no contact, I called to check in. I was told by Lacy that the prices on their website don't apply to materials placed in dumpsters. Instead, they pay just four cents per pound, regardless of what kind of metal it is. Nowhere on their website or roll-off information does it say that dumpster loads are priced differently. This is completely inconsistent with what I was told when placing the order. They changed the rules after pickup -- and pocketed the difference. If Clark's had been upfront, I would have delivered the material myself and been paid fair value. Instead, they took advantage of misleading pricing. I'd strongly recommend anyone considering using them to think twice and get every detail in writing.

However this time around I called and they said they had the part but didn't have it picked yet and that they were going to call me back the next day when it was ready. Well next day came around and just figured I would check the status and a time to pick it up. All I got was a attitude and don't know we'll call you and then I asked availability for another part and the answer I got was I think we have it then silence. They didn't even bother to look for me and left me hanging. Ohh and I never got that call back either. I won't drive a hour away for a maybe we have it give a straight answer or atleast try to look it up it's there damn job. This really sucks because I used to do alot of business with them and not anymore.
