We were undecided about where to bring our car, and based on their having a volvo dealership, we decided to have it repaired by them. This was assuming they knew how to repair cars. The 1st time we picked up the car, we were unable to try the sunroof b/c of the snow. We tried it once we got it in our garage and when we tried to open it, there was a horrible grinding/crushing sound. We immediately closed it. We let Alicia know and she told us to bring it back and they would take care of it. No problem. Brought it back. Picked it up a 2nd time. Same crushing/grinding sound. This time, we brought it in a 3rd time and spoke with Todd(manager) who assured me he would have it taken care of as this was a complicated sunroof assembly. We picked it up, and sadly we waited until the following week to try it out on a gorgeous day. SAME PROBLEM. Brought it back a 4th time, and spoke with Rene who finally admitted that the technicians "probably don't have the knowledge to fix this". By this time, they're pretty much blaming us for their mechanical ineptitude. Todd spoke to me via phone, and let me know that basically all I paid for was for the glass replacement. So, I wonder if you had a front collision and the bumper and radiator were damaged if they would only replace the bumper and tell you the rest is not their problem. We will not bring the car to such an incompetent place of business for the 5th time. BUYER BEWARE.....CAVEAT EMPTOR

Writing on behalf of my mother…read more A very unfortunate incident with a 4x4 post just below the sight line of the car left the two doors on the passenger side of her car badly dented and scraped up. The cheapest estimate from a body shop was north of $4000. Autosy Auto Spa came to the rescue! For much cheaper, they were able to make the car look so much better - for nearly a tenth of the price they did 80% of the work. They were honest, forthcoming, and did incredibly detailed work. They have earned my mom's business for the rest of her life, no doubt. I would recommend them for anyone with detailing, scratch repair, or paint matching needs in a heartbeat. Go visit them and let them know what you need. They will tell you the truth and do good work for fair prices. TL;DR: Autosy Auto Spa is awesome!
