As you know when you are taking your vehicle to get it fix you are nervous and hoping the shop will do a good job and you can trust them. My experience started when I met Cindy at the reception. She was courteous and very helpful and offered me a coffee and I waited for the gentleman to inspect my vehicle. This person was Nigel , a very kind and helpful person. Imagine you are trusting someone to fix your vehicle and take good care of it. From my initial step into the office it was a gratifying experience. I then met Ramsey, a very caring and extremely helpful person. Ramsey is the head of the operation. If you have met him you will know what I am referring to. Ramsey has your interest at heart, and only want to get the job done correctly and you make sure you are satisfied which is exactly my experience. My experience continued when I met Christina, a lovely and helpful individual, Christina made me feel like a family, she went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. She came out with me to the vehicle holding my hands to the car for it was a snowy day full of ice and snow and I was very nervous going to my vehicle. The job was superb. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the way in which they cleaned my car after the job was finished. There was another issue with my vehicle that was not related to the accident and Ramsey and Christina went above and beyond to help me and get my vehicle working. Dealing with Concord Collision centre was truly a very gratifying and happy experience. I don't want to ever have another accident but should that ever unfortunately recur, I would only want to go to this centre. They treat you like a family member and only want the best for you. The estimate process was easy to schedule. Took 5 minutes. Had to wait 3-4 days to hear back that parts had to be ordered and they call when they were ready. A call came about 1 week later. They had a rental car ready for us and they took the car for the body work. It took a little longer than I would have expected (~ 2 weeks). Don't matter as we had the rental. Well, the car was fixed perfectly. You would never know there was an accident. The insurance paid and we had no issues. I would certainly return to Concord Collision. They were extremely easy to deal with.

Mark-Caesar is an exception to the rule when it comes to the many issues owners have to deal with. First and foremost, he is a real, thoughtful mechanic, not just a technician who replaces parts. He is also often less expensive than dealerships, while delivering higher-quality work--especially as your vehicle ages. Years ago, I owned a Sienna that leaked oil. The former Weitzes Toyota "repaired" it for $900, only for the oil light to come back on. Their solution was that I should consider buying a new vehicle rather than addressing the issue. Mark was aghast at that suggestion. He recommended an oil change with a high-zinc content, asked me to monitor the oil, and return when it dropped by 1L. The issue was resolved for under $200, and I was able to keep the vehicle for several more years. On another occasion, an extended family member's Venza had a non-functioning left high beam. The dealership ed a very expensive and unnecessary $3,000+ repair to replace the entire headlight assembly. Mark identified the actual part causing the problem and resolved the issue for less than a third of the dealership's quote. He is straightforward, honest, and genuinely has his customers' best interests at heart. In fact, if your vehicle is no longer worth repairing, he will tell you honestly to get rid of it. I have happily recommended friends and family members to Mark-Caesar's, and they have become regular customers who all sing his praises. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone equal to him, never mind better.

After giving me their initial estimate for repairs, I left my car with them with the understanding that there might be some differences between the initial estimate and the final cost. Well after three weeks went by, I decided to call them the day before picking up my car to make sure the car was ready and to see what the final damage was. I was surprised to find that the total cost of the repairs was now over $1700 CAD over the initial estimate of ~$6400 CAD. After calling in and talking to Frank about the additional charges, he spent some time explaining to me the reason for the charges and was kind enough to help me out by bringing down the additional cost down to over $1500 CAD by reducing their service fee. At the end of the day, once I was able to process everything that Frank and I had discussed. I was fine with the additional cost because I probably would have requested the same repairs and parts to have been done but I was left feeling unsettled due to what seemed like a huge overnight increase in total cost. On the day of the pick up, the car was immaculate and they really did an amazing job fixing my car to a like new condition. The mechanics were checked out and the car was detailed and ready to go. Unfortunately, their amazing work was marred by the fact that they didn't contact me once throughout the repair process to give me an update on revisions to the initial estimate or additional charges throughout the process. Even though I was already prepared for a possible price increase of $500-$700, I definitely should have received notices or updates on some of the larger additional charges either via phone or email during the repair process. After voicing my concerns on the day of the pickup, I was told that someone definitely follow up and call me back to address my concerns. As of yet though, I haven't heard anything, which is really unfortunate considering the amazing work that they do.

The rental car was arranged by them as well instantly. The repairs went well and to my satisfaction. They have done a great job and even took care of my oil change which was due.
