Absolutely the best! Will was fast, the price was more than fair, and he actually saved us from…read moredoing a more expensive repair! We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)

Once in the shop they confirmed my diagnosis and gave me an estimate of $674. I gave them the go ahead and they replaced the leaking radiator with a new one, and had it done that same day for $674. To top it all off, they were able to give me a ride to and from my house to drop off and pick up the truck, no charge. These guys are honest, quick (once they get you in), and dependable. Well, I am at the point where my car is paid for and now even other month something is going wrong. Trying my best to dodge a car payment, I find myself weighing the repairs vs the value of the vehicle. Okay, enough about me, on to the review. I took my SUV to Auto Lab out of the blue. After going to several other mechanics and experiencing sticker shock, something told me to stop by for a 4th opinion. Immediately I was intimidated by the cleanliness and feel of the place. They probably have one of the cleanest lobby's next to a high end car dealership. They took my truck for a test drive and were very clear in explaining the issue. I even got to stand underneath my truck with the mechanic. Still skeptic on the noise, we went for a second test drive to make sure we were identifying the same noise. The price they quoted me was $500 below the lowest bidder. They got me in and out on a Saturday morning. Even though I had to invest money I didn't expect on an auto repair, I was pleased with their work and professionalism. I definitely will consider them in the future, as I strive to hit 250k miles.
