My wife's family introduced me to Dr. Capuli and his team because he had been her family's dentist for many years. They were spot on. Dr. Capuli is warm and welcoming from the start and it's obvious after many years of visits that this is just who Dr. Capuli is. Dental work can be something people get worried about doing because getting your teeth and gums worked on can be uncomfortable at times, but when you have a dentist that helps you understand what the work is, why it's needed and does everything they can to make it a good experience for you, it gives you confidence that you are doing something that really improves you're overall health. Dr. Capuli and team do this every time I'm in for a visit.

Today he addressed a couple of issues with my aging teeth that were bothering me visually. I seriously doubt anybody could've done a better job. The results are perfect! This review is simply to once again say how happy we are that Dr. Capuli is our dentist. He is not taking new patients though at this time. I started seeing Dr. Nguyen about three or so years ago when my longtime dentist retired. When I…read moreasked my retiring dentist about her he told me that she had the best reputation and was a very nice person. I then researched her and found he wasn't exaggerating. This dental office is a true five star operation. Everyone is so easy to deal with over everything from scheduling to billing. I just got squeezed in because I cracked and lost a chip off a molar and was worried. Dr. Stephanie Hoa saw me within a day. She used their state of the art equipment to detect that the crack didn't go deep and the chip was fixable. She fixed my tooth and did a filling within an hour. It is 100% fixed and feels even better than my "real molar" did! ZERO PAIN! BTW- they have all the most updated dental technology. If you are looking for a dentist just for cleaning or more serious issues I seriously recommend you try Dr. Nguyen. Plus, I have always found easy street parking near her office. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Hoa are excellent and have great credentials. The hygienists all do a great job cleaning teeth in a totally painless way. The front staff of Jennifer and Monique are so great and accommodating. Every single person there is so nice! I was worried when my longtime dentist retired. Not any more! This is more than a five star dental office because they operate so seamlessly and are very pro-patient. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I wish more medical businesses treated their patients this well. FYI- Whenever I read nasty reviews about someone, I always check the source of the negative review. I have found that many of those negative reviews come from angry people who always are victims. I pass this on frequently to others all the time. Smart people check into sources before making final decisions. Lots of of five star reviews here for Dr. Nguyen! My point: I did my homework and that is why I found Dr. Nguyen. Finally, my wife goes there too and agrees that Dr. Nguyen's office is outstanding.

Floss was jammed with extreme force into my gums and was given a snarky response about how my teeth were not clean. I've been to Dr. Tobar's office twice and they were by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. I chose her office because of all the wonderful reviews but my experience couldn't have been more opposite. The first time I had a cleaning the dental hygienist was the roughest I have ever experienced after telling her I had one bad experience with a rough cleaning. We finished the cleaning and after I left I had realized that she had forgotten to polish my teeth (fairly standard after a normal clean). I thought maybe I had one bad experience the first time around and given the great reviews, I decided to go through with my already scheduled second appointment about 6 months later. I had the same dental hygienist and although the cleaning felt a little more gentle this time around, she clearly rushed through the polishing and then proceeded to jam floss down my gums with extreme force. After we were done with the flossing, I asked her "is it normal to floss that hard", she then proceeded to give me a snarky response stating that my teeth were never clean when I came in and that she was in a rush to the next appointment. Being in a rush to your next appointment should never take precedent over a client's experience and this was exactly what happened. I checked my phone after we had this exchange and we were a whopping 2 minutes over. The office consistently tried to sell me on a 'deep clean' stating that my insurance would cover 90% of the cost but that it would still cost me $200 out of pocket for this 'deep clean'. The office was very pushy and continuously asked me to schedule a deep clean every chance they were able to while I was in the office. Needless to say, I will not be coming in for a 'deep cleaning' or ever again for that matter.

The office is small but very clean! It's a little hard to find and you can easily miss the entrance if you're not paying attention. It's so hard to find a good dentist, but I'm sticking with Dr. Nguyen and would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a new dentist!

The receptionist and staff are nice, welcoming, thorough with covid procedures. Julie made sure I had all the costs and insurance info I needed. There were many red flags at which point I should've just walked away but I don't know why I stayed.. I have major regrets. I was a new patient so they took new x-rays. Dr Laura noticed I had tiny cracks/holes starting to form on some of my teeth and recommended fillings. (I've never needed them and was very hesitant to agree to this but she made it seem like the cracks would get worse if I didn't deal with them now. {Spoiler, my new dentist affirmed that I did NOT need fillings, especially ones so big..} so, me being afraid/nervous and trusting her judgment, I agreed to proceed) My first visit, I did a deep cleaning and they numbed my gums. I've never had to numb my gums for a cleaning.. 2nd red flag For the fillings they had to split up into 2 sessions because the numbing would be too much in 1 session. The assistant who filled my teeth seemed like he knew what he was doing, but I quickly learned that he did not.. before he started the procedure, he told me one thing and ended up doing another. I had to ask after the session, didn't we agree to this? And he just played it off like an oops things. I emailed the front desk saying that was unacceptable. I was so in shock in the moment that I didn't say anything to him, and I needed to get back to work. Front desk replied that they would speak to him but I wouldn't know if they actually did. 3rd red flag Finally, the cost of the fillings and deep cleaning were so much. I feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me and really pressured me to do fillings when I didn't need to. Now I can't remove them. And for deep cleaning, I definitely did not need to be numbed, which seemed like an easy way for them to upcharge me. Honestly this has been on my mind for the past year but I wasn't sure if it was just me or if this is just how all dental offices are. I recently visited a new dental office and it is SO much better and exactly what you should expect from a good dentist. Please just be wary if you're visiting this office and don't be afraid to walk away like I did
