Hello! It's "that time again" when I feel compelled, after a long journey with Invisiline to again, pay homage and acknowledge the greatness of this dental clinic and the superb skills my dentist has shown me over the years, Adrian Choi!!! Michael Hing, who built this and is also an amazingly skilled dentist, has the most extraordinary staff.
Debi at the front desk, well, I met her for the first time, a while back, and I felt I had known her all of my life. She embodies kindness, humor and warmth; a lovely way to start the day there! She has always been so understanding and radiant!
Adrian Choi, who for someone his age, demonstrates skills that are beyond many dentists (and I have been around the block). There is "good, efficient" and there there is extraordinary and ingregrity. Adrian does his best work daily; gives up his free time for those who are in need, and had a long journey with me re: invisiline, from making the trays, designing them, to the retainers, to the having to re-order lost trays, delivering these to my home personally.... the list is endless. I do not believe there are many ppl like him out there. I just know this. So from me (and so many others out there he has helped and is helping) we are so privileged and lucky to have you in our lives. Dr. Choi - while you have heard this from me before, words fail me. You are really outstanding both as a human being and dentist. I cannot thank you enough for the hours you spent with me, the care you showed me, the patience you have no matter what; you standards meet perfection always. Truly Unforgettable! I will fly from wherever to be seen by you!
To Jennifer Watters: sigh... you are the reason I have teeth ( she is as with Dr. Choi uniquely brilliant and as a surgeon, as accomplished as those surgeons out there who perform complicated surgeries). She is a master of her craft, incredible knowledgable medically and clinically, and has a heart of pure gold. A huge diamond in the sky. As with Dr. Choi, they communicate with patients fluidly, take the time to call so as to check-in, evenings or weekends. A pristine module of dental and periodontal care that is rare. Untouchable!
To Haylena - gentle as a feather, and so very quiet but there for anyone who she is assisting. Classy and so lovely! Thank you always!
I think it's key and important to always acknowledge great people, professionals who make the difference in our lives. It's mostly folks who write to complain. Taking the time to say thank you, is never a waste of time. These people work so hard, always, and I never feel its tiring to hear "you make this world a better place because of who you are". The human component which is probably one of the most valuable aspects to any module care received here, is a part of their value system. Consistent, genuine and personal.
