Mark was here within 45 minutes, which was pretty amazing. He diagnosed the problem, not as a water line leak, which I had feared, but as a faucet problem. And he was back the next morning to install my new faucet. Great work, Mark!!

I contacted Rocket Plumbing again for this year since they did an excellent job last time. Sam and his work partner Louis came and assessed the issues that I had. They were able to install a new fill valve for the toilet and were able to clear up the obstruction on my basement sink drain. They also identified the source of the leak from my tenant's bathtub and told me that a separate project would be needed to resolve this issue in the future. Both Sam and Louis were professional throughout the duration of their services and the cost for the repairs was reasonable. Thanks to Sam, Louis, and Rocket Plumbing; you guys have satisfactorily done it again!

Robby came out and spent a lot of time investigating the problem with a camera and diagnostic equipment. He showed us everything live on camera and we had a terrible pipeline break. Robby got it working well enough to use for 2 days. He came back with Nate and replaced the pipe and redid the basement floor. They were clean, professional and on time. For such a large job it was reasonably priced. Thanks guys for a job well done! D, K and B McKinlay

I've used a few other plumbing companies - and while none have been bad (thankfully) I can also say that none have been THIS good. I recommend them fully! I'm grateful to have found them. Owning a 100+ year old house has its challenges. Michels helped us overcome them.

They tried to charge us for the free estimate and for half of the work we agreed upon. The job was to replace two shower cartridges and he said we're only replacing one and mentioned the price was not changing. When I asked him if he was serious and if he's trying to take us for a ride, he responded snarkily, "Yes, I'm trying to take you for a ride". I told him we were done here before he did any work and he said he boss would be billing us on his way out which is laughable. Big time bait and switch artists. Avoid at all costs.

I appreciate their honesty…read more We had two other companies evaluate our air conditioner. There were three possible issues: a bad capacitor, a bad motor, or the need for a completely new unit. We suspected it might be the capacitor, but the first technician pushed for a new motor. The second technician didn't mention the capacitor or the motor and instead recommended replacing the entire unit for $9,000. Aquaduct diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor and replaced it. If we truly needed a new air conditioner, that would have been fine. Our current unit is 15 years old, and we understand that it might have been time. But what we wanted was an honest assessment, and that's exactly what Aquaduct provided. I highly recommend Aquaduct!

We had an extremely poor experience with Aquaduct Plumbing after they installed our water heater…read more The installation was not done correctly (dielectric union, flue and drain pan) and corrosion developed at the dielectric union within a few years. This issue was pointed out to their technician during a service visit, & we followed up by email with photos clearly showing the corrosion. They claimed it was not their fault and since it is outside the labor warranty they wouldn't take care of it. When the issue recently worsened and we asked them to stand behind their installation, they pointed to an expired labor warranty and then stopped responding to our emails entirely. A water heater installation should last far longer than this without corrosion at the fittings, and a reputable plumbing company should take responsibility when a clear installation issue is identified, regardless of elapsed time. Unfortunately that was not our experience with Aquaduct Plumbing. Now I have a 4 year old water heater that will likely need fully replaced because of this piece that is almost fully corroded. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Over the phone he quickly came to the conclussion that it was needing to be replace, what a surprise. .. Next day he came with his son and quickly came to the conclussion that it was burned out even though it did pump water when i shook it just an hour earlier.. He recommended that I replace it, which i was fine with. His quote was $950 which I questioned to be high, his response was that it was a "a very complicated job", so I let him work ... The sewage pump he used was average at best and cost no more then a couple hundred bucks(little giant was the name, probably from menards). But to my surprise he was done in 40 minutes, yeah real complicated. He left the area around the ejector pump a mess and never took his shoes off or wore shoe covers.. I would not recommend, completely unreasonable for the work done
