She is willing to run necessary tests or anything that you ask her to run. She will look into whether your insurance will cover it, etc and code it as necessary. Her office keeps you notified for when you are due for an appointment, etc. I am 23yrs old and have had the same problems my entire life and it was not until I visited Dr Aldrich that she ran diagnostics and actually found what was wrong with me. I love her and will not be changing doctors any time soon. They open early, you can get an appointment at 7:30am and they even have some Saturday hours. They are a small practice and they definitely put their patients first.

What I experienced this week was not only negligent, but unethical -- and it put my health at risk. It is absolutely unacceptable. On Tuesday, 5/5 Morning, I called your office to schedule an appointment and explained that I was aware of the 3-month policy for prescription renewals and even scheduled the appointment for next week to show good faith that I was going to the appointment for the refills going forward. I also clearly stated I was down to my last two pills and urgently needed a refill to hold me over until my upcoming appointment. I was told the request would be passed along to you for same-day approval as you're the only one that can approve it. On Tuesday, 5/5 Afternoon, I followed up and was told the prescription would get approved by the end of the day by YOU as you're the only one that can approve it. On Wednesday, 5/7, I drove through heavy traffic and waited in line at the pharmacy, only to find out that nothing had been sent. I called the office again and was told again that it had now been sent. I was spoken to condescendingly when I simply tried to confirm that it was, in fact, submitted this time around. On Thursday, 5/8, I returned to the pharmacy again -- and again, nothing was there. At this point I had run out of medication completely. I called your office once more, and the experience was even worse. One staff member (I believe her name was Mariana) was initially going to send it over right away she said, but once she realized I was upset -- understandably so -- she became dismissive, took back the help she had initially offered, and told me I'd have to wait for your approval after all. She then hung up on me and refused to let me speak with a higher-up. I called back, hoping to reach someone who could actually assist me, I called again -- this time through the scheduling line -- and finally reached someone who, despite also being very snappy, submitted the prescription for me right away and within five minutes, it was available at the pharmacy. That shows me this could have been done from the start, but was intentionally delayed on purpose by your staff!!!!!!!!!!! This experience was unacceptable. I was lied to, treated disrespectfully, and given the runaround for multiple days -- all while being out of life-dependent medication!!!! Your staff withheld my prescription out of pettiness, and it is unethical and very dangerous! They are not only unprofessional and unaccountable, but they clearly lack the training or compassion required to handle people's health with the seriousness it deserves!!!!! Dr. Nama, this is negligence. If anything had happened to me due to being without medication, the consequences could have been serious for all involved. The provider didn't examine me, didn't ask questions, and offered no additional care. I was not warned about any policy changes beforehand. This feels like a cash grab, not care. If this is how they treat long-standing patients, I can only imagine how new ones are handled. I've canceled my future appointment and will not be returning. Beware--ask detailed questions about charges before your visit, or you may end up with surprise fees like I did. Also, kept calling about disputing the bill and given the run around. Finally, I had to leave a message and was told by Denisa at the front desk "Ma'am that is your insurance and your responsibility. You have a balance of $35 that is your responsibility" . I sent a copy of the bill for $25 , they are scamming patients! I guess when you start adding more doctors you need to take advantage of your loyal patients to make more money!
