Many thoughts so I will summarize:…read more PRIMARILY: DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!!! The doctors may be good but everything else is a train wreck. At the suggestion of the doctor's surgical coordinator I changed my health insurance, not an easy process, to allow "In Network" care. After a few visits preparing for Cataract surgery I was told I needed a referral from a PCP. Yes, that is common but I discussed with the same surgical coordinator and then it became an issue. More exams...eye measurements, pre op, paperwork, upgraded laser payment, etc...and I had a PCP provide a referral. The original surgery date had been rescheduled due to the insurance issue partly to blame on the surgical coordinator. After confirming a final appointment with the practice prior to surgery the surgical coordinator informed me by phone, the day before, that all that was necessary was to resign the paperwork. On the day of the appointment I arrived at the designated appointment time, checked in, and waited to be called. Thirty five minutes later I asked the front desk the status. At that point they physically took my chart to "the back" to see what was happening. Another ten minutes passed and I asked again as to the status of my appointment to sign papers. A tech arrived and the first words were "Can we reschedule for four days in the future". The surgery was scheduled for nine days from the that day. I informed her that I would be out of town until the day before surgery. I asked to speak to the Practice Manager. I was summoned to her office and asked her what was happening with my appointment. She stated she did not know. I asked how she could not know after four staff members had been involved. She had no explanation. I CANNOT trust my vision to a doctor's practice that does "NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING". Concerned, I immediately asked to cancel the procedure after five visits requiring approximately four hours of my in office time not to mention commute time, insurance time, and waiting time. When I requested a refund of the $2100.00 that I prepaid for the upgraded laser for the procedure. The Practice Manager stated it was not available. I left the office. When I reached my vehicle the surgical coordinator called and asked for me to return. The surgical coordinator claimed the issue that day was due to insurance. Everything was in order per the phone call surgical coordinator the prior day explicitly confirming all insurance was filed, confirming coverage, and stated that signing updated information was all that was needed. I informed the surgical coordinator that I cannot trust the doctor's practice given the MANY issues. Procedure cancelled. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!!!

They are more than likely only on Groupon for exposure because this place is top notch. Every staff member I encountered here was great. To be honest if it wasn't for Michelle I probably would've never been brave enough to do it. She is beyond thorough at explaining what to expect the day of surgery. On the day of my surgery Dr Stetson walked in to introduce hisself. He spoke with me and my mom. I was very surprised they allowed my mom to come back for this part since I did have my surgery during "Covid times." So glad they did tho. I was so nervous I thought I was gonna walk out of there. Michelle walked in the room and told me everything was gonna be fine. Dr Stetson did a good job at telling me step by step exactly what he was doing every step of the way. He has a calm and reassuring voice. I would choose Diamond all over again if I had to. I followed my aftercare instructions to a t and had no problems. Hope this review helps give someone that push they need to have lasik. Best decision of my life!

I had PRK performed on both eyes, one week ago and feel like this was the best place to get it…read moredone. I have entertained the idea of getting LASIK years ago, but after finding out that I was not a candidate for LASIK and had to get PRK instead, I was turned off. The recovery period was quite frightening. But one morning while listening to the Bert Show, he mentioned that he was going to Diamond to get his eyes redone. I researched the company and was impressed by the reviews. I scheduled a consult and things just took off from there. I had a consult on a Tuesday, and was getting surgery on that following Thursday. I will admit that Chris is a little overzealous and pushy with his selling technique, but everyone in the office is very pleasant and knowledgeable. To add to my sense of security, my eye doctor, Dr. Warstadt was able to vouch for one of the doctors at Diamond (Dr. M. McKibbon), stating that he is aware of her skills, so much so, that he tried to hire her. The office itself is clean, they use state of the art technology, and they welcome you with snacks and drinks. I was so nervous about the procedure, but it was not painful and they did everything they could to keep me relaxed, During the procedure they offered me stress balls or a Falcons teddy bear. I opted for the bear. After the surgery, I was still feeling overwhelmed so they let me rest feet up as long as I needed and brought me an ice pack, water and offered me a blanket. I felt cared for and not rushed. I really appreciate that. Before, during and after, I have been able to ask any and all questions that come to mind, and they make it a point to answer each question thoroughly and clearly as possible. Also, the post-op schedule they give you is awesome, It works well for my type-A personality, with check boxes to notate when you take your medications. I would definitely recommend Diamond and Dr. Stetson to anyone who is interested in eye surgery. P.S. Chris knew that I am a fan of the Bert Show and purposely scheduled my surgery for around the same time as Bert's so I could meet him! I met Bert, and he is a sweetheart. I was hesitant about typing this because I don't want to seem like a crazed stalker fan, but I decided to post anyway to show the extent of service that Diamond is committed to. So think of me as you may, but know that Diamond is top-notch!

A final update, because people need to be aware of how these people work. Having spent 6 months…read moreemailing and calling to try to speak with someone about this, GA Eye Associates instead decided to turn me over to collections. I had two months to respond, and waited until the clock had almost run out to do so. I responded with copies of emails, and a chronological accounting of every effort I had made to contact these idiots. I have never heard anything back from collections or GEA. My credit score (which was excellent) took a small 2 month hit, but rebounded and more. Sleaziest of the sleazebags. Petty. God help you if you choose this practice.

Dr. Rabitsha, is nice enough but I waited almost two hours to be seen. After seeing the doctor I sat with Eve and she was only able to offer me two pairs of frames in my budget. When the first pair came in, I was never called that they were in to pick up-I was told they left me a VM. (I had no VM or missed calls from the the office) and when I picked them up and tried them on in office I couldn't see a thing. Eve informed me it would take some time for my eyes to adjust and to wear them as much as I could that day. It felt very much like I was being dismissed. Nope, wore them all day, or tried to, because I had to work and couldn't see my screens at all. Went back for another appointment where I waiting in a very uncomfortable HOT waiting room for a quite some time past my appointment time-and it after more testing, it was the wrong prescription. RE-ordered my glasses. This was over two weeks ago (4/21) and I still am without glasses. I am not sure if this is just standard for all eye doctors or not, but I did not feel taken care of. The friendliest people there are the ladies that sit at the reception desk. At this point I feel this was a waste of $400.
