Patty was maybe the most important player in making my wedding day go amazingly well, Patty the day of coordinator that works with Michael's Goldstein Catering was amazing and worth every penny! She is not expensive but I would have paid a much higher rate for the job she did!. Some of her services come for free when you use Michael Goldstein catering, like having her help with the rentals, the timelines, and the overall look of the tables, etc. She coordinates with the rental people and puts together a package of informaton on how you wanted things set up etc. For a small fee you can hire her to be there the day of the wedding to carry out these plans you and her talked about. She also coordinated the ceremony, was at the rehearsal to work with my wedding party etc. Patty is AMAZING!! She stayed beyond the time we paid her for to make sure everything got cleaned up and to keep the site manager happy, was on top of everything that happened both days of the events, helped me in every way possible, and never let me know when something behind the scenes was going wrong. She called all the vendors a week before the wedding and asked them to call her and not me if they had any questions etc. I had a crazy wedding site owner who made thing s a little difficult for Patty and a few vendors, but I was oblivious to it, and thats why she was worth every penny ( and honestly she doesnt charge many of them, especially for the job she did.) When two extra kids showed up at the rehearsal, before I even processed that they were there, Patty came up to me and knew what was happening and told me she was going to put two more place setting out without making a big deal or making anyone feel uncomfortable
I cant say enough how Patty made this wedding what it was. I feel so lucky to have found her and the Michael Golstein catering team, and am so grateful to them. Please consider using Michael and Patty as you wont be let down. Thank you everyone on the team that day! read more
