Melaina and team were first class. they planned a wedding for 150 people on a remote ranch, where everything ,I mean everything had to be brought in.the logistics could have been a nightmare. But they handled everything with very precise planning.Even on the wedding day, with 30 mile an hour winds she declared"dont worry we have you covered."i am the father of the groom and it was our family ranch.i used to run a large company and i know when someone knows their profession. They were 10 out of 10.Worth every penny,They always said yes and when the inevitable crazy idea came up,she skillfully would say"lets think about that".Managed some pretty big egos along the way. Her vendors selection were first class and if they slipped she was on to it.Zero last minute $ blowouts. She pinned everything down by contracts.very professional. She also acted as our family shrink at no additional cost ,when things got testy. I am very happy to speak in person,to act as a reference If your undecided. You won't be disappointed if you hire her and her team. read more

Showrunner Events is amazing and if they are available for your upcoming wine country wedding you should most definitely hire them! My husband and I had initially hired a different wedding coordinator, but due to some dishonest business practices, we were forced to part ways less than 2 months before the big day. We were left scrambling to find a replacement and luckily Melaina and Yesenia were still available for our August 2021 date! This was such a blessing and in retrospect meant to happen. Showrunner Events was a great fit for our personalities and able to help my husband and I truly create our perfect day and an unforgettable moment in time. Melaina was our main contact person and although at the time she was newer to the coordination side of things, she had lots of prior catering experience. Melaina is full of energy and during the planning process, she was extremely responsive, diligent, and on top of everything. You can genuinely tell that she wants nothing but the best for her couples. Due to the ever-changing COVID restrictions, the week of our wedding, we were forced to move everything outside. Luckily our venue (Viansa) has lots of outdoor space. Melaina quickly rearranged everything and overnight we were back on track! On the wedding day, Yesenia was there as our second coordinator and helped to make sure the day ran smoothly. Yesenia is super professional and having her present with all her years of experience and expertise gave me a great sense of comfort. I had no doubts that the day would run smoothly. Before writing this long overdue review, I went to Showrunner's website and I am honored to see that my wedding and wedding photos are currently featured as part of their portfolio! My husband and I are beyond grateful to Showrunner events as they helped to make our wedding day an absolute dream. Thank you Melaina and Yesenia! read more

My wife and I would give Showrunner 10 stars if possible. Yesenia and her team are extremely kind, professional and know what they're doing. We worked together planning our Sonoma wedding at Cline Cellars for over two years through covid and we are so lucky to have picked the right planner. Yesenia was with us every step of the way with suggestions and guidance to make us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions (which was important as you can imagine during covid). Communication and coordination with vendors felt effortless because she has strong relationships with everyone we worked with and it always felt like she was representing us, her client, looking out for our best interests. Her attention to detail is exceptional. The day could not have gone any better. We're one of the later weddings in our family/ friend group and so many guests came up to us after the wedding letting us know how helpful Yesenia was and made the wedding feel seamless. We would 100% recommend Showrunner to anyone planning a wedding. Yesenia is the gold standard. read more

Yesenia and the Showrunner Event team were a dream come true! Yesenia's attention to detail, organization and preparation leading up to our big day helped put us at ease throughout the entire process. On the day of, she was our rock, helping to orchestrate the minute by minute agenda and ensuring that we stayed on track while still enjoying the process and our wedding day. Yesenia was fantastic to work with! She has a clear handle on so many vendors and venues in the Sonoma area. She helped us lay a clear plan early on, and supported us along the way with attaining vendor quotes, coordinating orders and event schematics, and making super helpful recommendations based on her extensive experience. Her week- and day-of assistance was absolutely incredible, and we had several vendors AND guests make specific comments about how well-executed the wedding was based on her amazing planning and facilitation. Thank you Yesenia and ShowRunner!! read more

We booked yesenia through her old wedding coordination company recommended by our venue, but she had transitioned for working at her own company during the midst of our wedding planning. Yesenia made the transition so smooth that it was like it didn't even happen. Yesenia was accommodating of everything we asked of her and offered extremely valuable expertise. I think technically yesenia was our "day of" coordinator but it honestly felt like she was so much more than that. I had quite a lot of small details and personal touches throughout our wedding and she set them all up beautifully. She had awesome ideas that helped us make our wedding very personal for us. Her personality was upbeat and friendly, as well as professional. I couldn't have imagined doing this with anyone else helping me through such a large event, and she managed to pull off the day with no headaches, or last minute emergencies. She even had to deal with last minute changes to the ceremony and timeline. She reached out to our vendors as we got closer to the day and created our wedding timeline, which sounds like one of the hardest things to do when planning a wedding. Having her there to handle all of the last minute logistics was a life saver. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend her services in the future. Most of the photos are ones that she had taken, and most of the details although provided by me, were assembled and arranged by her the day of the event. She followed through with my vision perfectly. read more

There are not enough kind words to say about Yesenia at showrunner events. From the moment I met her, I knew she was perfect for us as our wedding planner. She joined us for our tasting and is so clearly in your corner! She worked very well with all of our vendors. Lastly, she paid attention to every thought, comment, and vision and made it all a reality. I started looking for a wedding planner a year and a half before my wedding date. My husband and I had the hardest time finding one. We went to many interviews but none of them seemed to have what we were looking for. Until we met Yesenia. She is professional, extremely organized and sweet. I mean, what else can you ask for? We planned our whole wedding from out of state and Yesenia made the whole process stress free. She made me feel special as a bride, which is very important, made me feel calm and relieved that everything was taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. She crossed everything off my "perfect wedding planner list". She's extremely organized, on time, replies to emails with care and attention and she goes above and beyond to make sure things are going as smoothly as possible. She helped me bring my vision to life with the decoration, made sure everything was how I wanted and dreamed of. On the wedding day, she had everything under control and I wasn't worried not even once! Sometimes I needed something done just to find out Yesenia had already done it. She always goes the extra mile to help and make sure you are happy with everything! I'm a true believer some people are born to do something specific in life and this is exactly what Yesenia is supposed to be doing. She's truly the best! It was such a relief having her as my wedding planner. Even if you think you don't need one, do yourself a favor and hire Yesenia!! You won't regret it! Thank you Yesenia for being there not only on my wedding day, but also during the planning process. You made everything stress free. Todd and I are very thankful! read more

Yesenia and Melaina are awesome! Yesenia is super professional - she helped me navigate vendors, using her connections and reputation to find the best matches for me and even negotiate a new (absolutely amazing) caterer to be accepted by the venue, which is very selective on who they let in. Knowledgeable, she helped us understand what our options were, was a sounding board for our plans, and gave us many creative new ideas for the day. Yesenia is thoughtful and flexible where it matters while never letting you get off track - that was extremely important for me as I was juggling a lot of different priorities and appreciated the nudges. Yesenia and Melaina made the day run super smoothly and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Melaina is also a photographer, and she took amazing pictures of our wedding. I could not have done this without them, and I wholeheartedly recommend the showrunner team. read more

This review will be long but only because we have awesome things to say about Showrunner Events. For the abbreviated version, this is what you need to know: my husband and I hired Yesenia Beckman as our "day of" wedding coordinator and we could not have made a better decision. We loved working with Yesenia, who is extremely organized, prepared, patient, attentive and empathetic. Showrunner Events exceeded our expectations with the scope of work we contracted. We are confident based on the stellar service we received that Showrunner Events will deliver and you won't regret having them as part of your event planning team. Long version: After interviewing several coordinators in the Sonoma area, Yesenia stood out to us as someone who made us feel very comfortable and at ease to completely trust her with our special day, which is not easy for us as my husband and I can be very particular. We originally contracted Yesenia through Ooh La La Weddings but when she decided to start her own event planning business, we transferred our contract to Showrunner Events. It was no question that my husband and I wanted to stick with Yesenia. Even though we only hired her as our "day of," Yesenia worked with us throughout the planning process and checked in frequently (even for a "day of" contract). She gave valuable suggestions, addressed our questions, and was very responsive by email. Whenever my husband and I asked questions or expressed potential concerns, Yesenia was able to sense our feelings and help us remain calm leading up to the day. She followed up with all our vendors in advanced and offered to work with them directly on our behalf. On our wedding day, as the saying goes, "something will always go wrong," and naturally we had a few hiccups. However, you know a coordinator is doing his/her job when the bride and groom barely notices or when they do notice, the coordinator has magically handled the situation. For example, there was an incident where our drapery dividing the ceremony and reception space fell right before the guests arrival. Yesenia immediately contacted the production company and managed to get them to come and fix it asap without anyone really noticing that it had happened. We were impressed with how she remained calmed, pivoted quickly and handled such situations throughout the day. My husband and I, most importantly, were able to fully enjoy the special moments that day with each other and our loved ones. We received so many compliments from our guests on the execution of the wedding and how everything was beautifully decorated even though later we learned in the background that some things didn't go accordingly, but that just shows how Yesenia (and her assistant, Jasmine) was able to manage the entire wedding day for us and keep us on our ambitious timeline. Yesenia is a very warm and kind individual who strives to provide the best support to her clients and we were extremely blessed to work with. :) read more

Yesenia is amazing! She planned my daughter's wedding in just 2 mos and it was amazing!! The venue was the beautiful Buena Vista Winery and she coordinated everything with such ease. Yesenia was our day of planner for our wedding. She did a lovely job helping us coordinate our wedding. She had really good ideas and brought up things we never would have thought of at our walk through meeting. She made sure the most important things happened at our actual ceremony and reception. We had some last minute changes, and she was flexible and able to adjust to the little changes. She is very personable and friendly, so you feel at ease. Thank you so much! read more

We hired Yesenia as our day-of-coordinator for our June wedding, and she went above and beyond our expectations when helping us put together our wedding! She was quick to respond to every one of our questions through phone and e-mail. My now-husband and I could not meet her together for our first initial meet-up so she gladly met us both at separate times which we really appreciated! Yesenia was very thorough with her job and we could tell that she took her role very seriously when making sure everything would run smoothly at the wedding. The day of our wedding, everything went amazingly well and all of our guests raved about how well organized and fun our wedding was! Though we fell behind our wedding timeline (who doesn't?!), Yesenia still kept us on track and made sure every big moment of our wedding (toasts, first dance, wedding cake cutting) was communicated to the photographers and videographers. We would highly recommend Yesenia because she is fantastic at her job, incredibly professional and a wonderful person. It was so easy and stree-free working with her. Thank you, Yesenia for helping us turn our dream wedding into a reality! read more

Showrunner Events is hands down the best out there!!! We worked with Yesenia and team this past weekend as my husband and I ties the knot at Silverado Resort in Napa. From day 1 of working with Yesenia when we booked her months ago, to minutes before our wedding ending, she went above and beyond. We couldn't speak more highly of Yesenia as she was truly a one of a kind vendor. She was so responsive, hands on beyond belief, made sure our day was perfect, flawless, and everything we dreamed of and more. From simple things such as reminded us to get food, a drink, or even getting our drinks refilled while we were taking photos or mingling, to bigger details such as putting out mini fires including bumps in the schedule, or venue mishaps, she without a doubt did it all. Not only did she do it all but she made sure neither me or my husband had to worry or participate in resolving when issues did arise, and somehow seemed to fix them before we even knew they occured. This review really just displays some of the many amazing things we witnessed when working with Yesenia. I would without a doubt reccomend Showrunner events to anyone and everyone I know! read more

I can honestly say that I don't know where to begin because my husband and I were so happy with Showrunner Events and Yesenia!!!! We were doing a backyard wedding which can be quite tricky, but Yesenia gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with doing what we wanted and helped so much in the planning process from the rentals to helping us understand what we could do with our space. She also provided super helpful suggestions based on her experience. On the actual day of the event, she helped our wedding dreams really come true. She made everything happen so seamlessly and it was such a delight to return to areas of the wedding that had been used for one thing and see them get completely transformed into a new space. It felt like a relaxed and flawless day and she was such a big part of us being able to let go and enjoy the experience. Can't recommend her enough!!!! read more

Yesenia and Showrunner Events made our wedding perfect! We couldn't have pulled off our special day without her and her team. Yesenia was with us every step of the way leading up to our wedding. I am the sort of person who likes suggestions, design ideas, and someone to bounce ideas off of and I found that some wedding vendors were afraid to do anything other than just OK everything my husband and I would suggest. Yesenia was different. She was able to sense that I wanted more input and made the wedding process more collaborative. Her expertise and design ideas made our wedding extra special. Moreover, she kept us calm, well organized, and excited throughout what can be, a stressful planning process. Yesenia is the best! read more

My husband and I got married on the weekend that the Kincade Fire broke out. While we were prepared for the power at our venue to potentially go out, we were not prepared for the evacuations or the possibility that our wedding would be canceled. We can't say enough about how much we loved our experience with Yesenia! She was so patient, accommodating and exceptionally detail oriented, keeping us on track for all the major milestones over the past year. Additionally, she was so knowledgeable about all of the best vendors in wine country and had great relationships with them, which also helped!
