I sent in a copy of my drivers license. Then they sent an email back to me stating that it was a fraudulent order because I didn't send in a picture of myself holding my drivers license. Legally, I do not have to send in a picture of myself, but I may have if they would have politely stated this in the responding email. I personally do not think it is an ethical company, nor do they have a descent customer service department.

Ron was compassionate, sympathetic, and professional. He talked in plain English with me about the nature of the types of viruses and trojans that compromised my father's PC. He set up an Admin account for me and a User sign in for my father to prevent unwanted software from being installed and made further security suggestions. Ron even offered to print out a detailed receipt for my father to give to his bank to certify a professional cleaned the PC. I wouldn't hesitate to use Everything Computers again. There were 3 staff members working. One employee was sweeping when we arrived and the facility seemed clean enough. The ice cream is labeled with allergy information. My youngest is peanut/tree nut so I asked for a kid scoop of vanilla. The employee stated, "We're out." Her coworker quickly jumped in and said, "We have more in the back." The employee took over 8 minutes to obtain the container. No biggie, but while standing there the other 2 employees kept cleaning and basically ignored us. The other employees could have easily made the ice cream requests of the other people in our group. But, no...we just stood there. Waiting and waiting I asked the ice cream scoop be washed or a new one be used to prevent cross contamination. Yes, it sucks having to be that mom but after a 4th ER trip yesterday I'm not playing around. Epi pens cost money and so do hospital visits! Well the young lady seemed annoyed. :( They don't make "clown clones," ya know the signature BR kid item?!?! How very they had a frozen or refrigerated one in the cooler. Man, what the what?!?! No clown cones? Also they denied my 8 year old a sample and guess what he hated his choice of ice cream. I wanted to make our little sweet treat outing right so went to get donuts to take home. At this point there are 4 people at ice cream counter and 2 patrons at donut side. All 3 employees tended to the ice cream and completely ignored the line at the Dunkin side. So we left!
