Looked great online, like the fact they are giving a free mask to /medical personnel/first responders for every one purchased. Liked the fact that a designer: 1) had stepped up to the plate to design from scratch a well fitting and high-quality mask; 2) was forward thinking enough to design it with straps that go around the head rather than over the ears (personal choice, more comfortable) 3) chose to make it with high quality yet BREATHABLE material that also had an amazing look and 4) was focused on keeping their people employed and engaged during Rona. Just to note that this mask is one that is worn to reduce risk of Rona and other viruses and is not a respirator/N-95 type mask---it's the cloth mask that you see most people wearing in public. Mask arrived and exceeded expectations. I ordered the all black one and it truly was exactly as I had hoped. Very well made, excellent construction, material was strong yet breathable. Straps were much much stronger and softer than I expected. Also, the adjustments on the straps were excellent and perfect for use as a mask. Very impressed. Wore it for a week and got stopped numerous times by people here in Chicago asking where I got such a great looking and well-fitting mask. People really liked the straps that went over the top of the head and behind the neck----very unique design and the straps were also very unique and adjustable without looking out of place and clunky. Ordered 2 more masks for my own use and again, they arrived and were just as high quality as the 1st one I purchased. One of the 2 had a super unique deep blue design and I got stopped on the street wearing it and asked where I purchased it. I directed them to Ari Jogiel, told them they are made in LA and what a cool company it is. Chicago folks were really impressed with this and some even took pictures of the mask so they can make sure they got the same one. Not a photo type guy but I allowed it in this situation! Really overall excellent experience with this design company. Such a great response to Rona, great mission-focused effort, loved that they are donating a mask to those on the front lines and that they took the time and creative effort to design and manufacture such a practical yet aesthetically pleasing mask. I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.

Where do I start (Major FRAUD Alert). I found Rocio and her company via yelp which I have trusted…read morefor years. I use Yelp to find businesses to work with, restaurants to eat at, and just about everything in between. I have faith that the companies that are reviewed by them are legitimate and trustworthy. Sadly, this was not the case after over 8 months of dealing with Rocio and her company. My company is in the fashion and design business, and I had enlisted and trusted in Rocio and her team to create 600 garments for me of high quality and design. I paid up front ($10,000) for the specialty fabric and enlisted her team of designers to embroider the logos and lettering of my brand. I also sent weekly payments of $2000-$3000 as requested for two changes, and continued printing of my garments. As this went on for 8 months, I would check in weekly and started noticing push back. Every conversation I had, the garments were delayed one week, then another, then another. At first Rocio's team got COVID, then they had to take a one-month vacation, then the printer was too busy, then her Dad was in the hospital (this wouldn't be the first time this line was used), and the weather all affected my order's completion. Finally, after 8 months of ZERO product, couple samples, and a life savings spent on my company's dream, I received a call from Rocio that 6 shirts would be completed and ready for pickup 1/26/2024 at 5pm. I arrived at 4pm to try and figure out why only 6 of my 600 orders of shirts were ready. I spoke to a few of the workers, and they mentioned the shirts were not made there. Rocio arrived 20 minutes later, had a brief meeting, and left. She then came back at 5pm and we had our meeting. She showed us the 6 shirts which had been in the back of her car the entire time. Which was weird as she could of given me these sooner. None the less, we reviewed the samples, and the fabric was wrong, of poor quality, see through, and not the color I had spent $10,000 picking out. After asking about the printer, she said they were "not reachable, no address, and located in DTLA." I explained she had 8 months to correct this issue, and the "printers" had many months of hand printing to see that the fabric was the wrong fabric. She denied everything and seemed completely lost. She would not call the printer, not take responsibility for the mistake, and kept saying "OK I Understand." I asked to see the physical product of my 600 shirts, and she said they are at the printer. She then said, they cannot be reached, we cannot go there, and they do not take calls. I realized shortly after this was a SCAM. I asked for my money back and she said I have to talk to my partner. I asked her where was he anyway, she said he was in the hospital with his daughter. This excuse was used prior as you already know. At this point I have 6 shirts that are wrong, $30,000 in savings gone, and no indication of a refund, the correct product, or any help from the supplier. I have had to contact my bank and start a fraud case, as well as local authorities to report a criminal case. Lastly, when I was at the bank handling the fraud paperwork then recognized the company's name and mentioned they had flagged a $40,000 wire from another client. I truly hope I am the only one who has been duped by this company.
