Their response time was excellent prior to the start time of the job. They came in with a team of guys and finished the roof in one day and was told to not go on the roof for a few days to allow the new roof to properly dry. We transfered half of the payment to them immediately and attempted to veiw the roof prior to final payment.. But after receiving multiple calls we reluctantly transfered the balance before we could confirm the work was done as agreed. To our disappointment,the very next rain we noticed the issue with the gutter had not been resolved. We called John back to let him know the situation we called about was not resolved. He was very professional and apologized and promised to come back and fix the issue and we would only be charged for the material. We waited a week, and no call back. Another week nothing. About three weeks later my husband got a text saying he hasn't for gotten about us. Well the last payment was transfered in July. It is now September and we've heard nothing. Meanwhile the gutter is still leaking. We've sent multiple text and calls and now we're being ignored. This experience started out great and ended horribly. Whats even more disappointing is based on their initial response time we hoped to use them on a regular basis as we were in the process of purchasing a few more buildings. I'm giving two stars only because their initial response was excellent but since they have their full payment, the job isn't finished and they are now ignoring our request to resolve this issue two stars is more than sufficient.

The roofing team consisted of 6 to 7 experienced roofers who have developed a steady rhythm after working together for years. Amazingly, the work was done on our large roof, back porch and the garage over a three day period! This included removal of the old shingles, installation of 6 feet of ice and water shield on the roof edges and valleys and installation of the new shingles. Working more neatly than any other roofing company I have seen, the roofers bag the old shingles on the roof, then carry the bags to their truck, hauling away the garbage at the end of the day. Workers regularly walked around the house to pick up loose roofing materials. At the end of the workday, a large magnet was used to scan for and remove errant nails. They kept a regular schedule, arriving and leaving at prearranged times. Everyone was polite and respectful.
