Tonight, I ordered a large pepperoni and extra cheese pizza from Pat's of Rosedale. I asked the pizza be cooked well done. The pizza that arrived at my door was without a doubt, the worst soggiest pizza I have ever had. Even after a few minutes in the over, the crust still drooped slopped into a huge mess on the plate. I wish I still lived in the Pat's of Dundalk delivery area. This never would have happened there. read more

Typical Pat's location. Food is good enough and staff is great. Their online ordering told me my sandwich would be done at 12:15 but I went in at 12:02 and it seemed to have been sitting for a few minutes already which means had I shown up when told my sandwich and fries would have been sitting around for awhile. All in all it is convenient from my job and I'd go back for sure. read more

After swearing off Pats because of their repeated failure to provide the meal I order, I've given them another chance - with a modification in my expectations. Pats is one of the only sub shops that has both a "Chicken Cheesesteak" and a "Chicken Steak" sub on their menu. So, you'd think, that when you explicitly order a "Chicken Steak", it wouldn't come with cheese. That's not the case. Therefore, I've learned to either 1) Call in the order and emphatically beg that they don't put cheese on it 2) Order in person and emphatically beg that they don't put cheese on it 3) Order online and then call the store and and emphatically beg that they don't put cheese on it. When I do that, they get it correct. And what I end up getting is one of the most delicious chicken steak subs and fries combo in the area. I just wish it wasn't so difficult. read more

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with fries. On the menu you could select gravy on the side of gravy on the fries which I selected. When the order arrived at my house, the gravy came in a little plastic cap sitting on the little cardboard box with the wrap. Through the course of delivery, the gravy tipped over and covered the whole top of the cardboard box. What a mess. You know, my boyfriend and I laughed at all the bad reviews this place had but decided to go ahead and give them a try and placed an order with them. (We've had food from various Pats across the city). Mannnn we should have just listened to those bad reviews bcuz now I have joined the club. So I placed our order online via Yelp. I did NOT put an Apartment number because We DON'T LIVE IN AN APARTMENT. About 25 minutes later of placing our order, I received text saying they are requesting my apartment number for delivery. So I responded that there is no apartment number, the address is a house. Realizing it's past our scheduled delivery time, I called the restaurant and the guy tells me that he didn't make our order because we didn't give them an apartment number. A hungry woman hearing her food hasn't even been started is not a pretty sight. Frustrated at that point, I ended calling back saying I wanted my money back and some guy gives the phone to someone else as I was mid sentence. The guy said that I need to call grubhub to get my refund. Annoyed and starving, we had to place an order with another Pats and drive to get the food. Been going here sinse I was in 7th grade and I simply love it here the place gets a lot of crap but people often forget it's a small team of people trying to make quality meals not just pizza a variety of choices for people so cut them some slack... The cheese isn't 90% Greece it's actual cheese you know... 2 days ago I was pretty hungry I stopped by and got a burger a pizza and some free water all 14 dollars together! This rating is solely for customer service. I have ordered the same special multiple times, I get the large 1 topping for 9.99, which actually totals 12.96 with tax and delivery. This one particular time I called I was told I can't get it delivered because it needs to total 10.00 for the delivery. Confused, I tell the lady that this was never an issue before and I wasn't aware of the .01 cent difference and asked if she can ask her manager if she can accommodate. I literally hear her manager yell NO 2 times loud cutting the girl off, as the young lady was asking can they make a .01 cent exception. Who ever this manager is (a woman) did not have to yell and respond the way that she did ESPECIALLY over .01 cent. So tonight was my first night ordering at Pats for delivery. I ordered the Mild Boneless wings and Old Bay french fries. The Old Bay Fries were just ok , I think they put too much salt and Old Bay seasoning on them. The Boneless Wings were tasty, I may try them again one day. We used Pats for catering yesterday after our sons christening. Everyone commented on how good the food was ! The sandwich and wrap trays were great. The large salad was plenty for 30 people ! They sent lots of dressing ! The ziti was sooooo good. And they sent tons of utensils and plates. We didn't even expect the garlic bread with the ziti and everyone ate it up !!! Their people are so rude. I asked for delivery and they said they came and called and called. I stood in front of the door mind you, watching as I was on the phone with relatives about my mother and assumed they calls coming in were about that -- not the pizza they delivered here about 50 times before. Pats use to make the best Greek salads. So even though I moved out of the neighborhood I returned for their salads. Ok, every time I ordered a Greek salad I had to ask, " can I have anchovies instead of pepperchini's?" And ever time they would say "I don't know". Eventually I would get my salad and be on my way. This last time though they charged me xtra for anchovies and no pepperchini's and didn't tell me. Should be a trade off, right? One of the worst experiences that I have had for a quick take out sub and pizza place. Placed order on line and the staff decided to change my order without consulting with me. They said they called but after checking my call history and seeing that I haven't received any calls on cell today I find that claim a bit like they didn't feel like doing their job. Pat's has a serious lack of customer service and what customer service they do has been in serious decline for the last few years. Between this and the level of food the owners/manager should seriously take a good hard look at how this particular branch is run. Had a real hankering for a Italian sausage sub like I get at Primo Hoagies down the ocean. Megan waited on me and described exactly how Pat's were made. With a few adjustments I asked for, they turned out a really nice sub. Thanks Megan for your knowledge and patience. The only other thing it needed to make it perfect was those sesame seeded sub rolls that you can only get at Primos. I wonder why no sub shops around Baltimore use these fantastic rolls. Up in N.J. The pizza is really good. I like the blend they use- it's definitely not plain mozzarella. The sauce is also nicely flavored with a hint of zest. The cheesesteaks are average, but not bad. I would recommend the pizza the most. They also make really good fries with cheese sauce, bacon and old bay. Like mind-blowingly good would describe these fries. They have a special name, i can't remember what they're called, but they also come with a side of ranch. They were so good without out, that i didn't even bother with the dressing though. I've eaten at other Pat's Pizzeria locations in Baltimore for years and have always been pleased with the food quality. This was my first time trying the Kenwood Ave. location and will definitely be the LAST. It took an hour and 15 minutes for our food to be delivered by one of their drivers. Guy showed up 30 mins late and offered no apology. Instead, he told me my order was already 10 mins late when he returned to pick up more orders. Both Chicken Rustic Steak sandwiches were barely warm and the bread was very hard to bite through. The chicken had a strange taste and appearance. Waffles fries were cold and also had a strange taste. Nothing like the hot and delicious chicken rustic steaks subs and waffle fries that I've gotten for years from other Pat's locations (Parkville, Gwynn Oak). I will continue to patronize those locations, but will NEVER return to Pat's Pizza in Rosedale!! SMH read more

I ordered two chicken cheesesteak subs and an order of fries...$20. The chicken, while quite a large portion, was dry as a bone. The cheese was laid onthe bread and the chicken placed on top. I mean, have they ever cooked a cheesesteak? The cheese is supposed tobe cooked into the meat so that it is yummy cheesy gooey-ness within the chicken--not a non-melted block on the bottom. I feel like I am biting dirt and every now and then, I get a little shot of moisture with the tablespoon of mayo that they put on it. Pat's PIZZA...the name suits you. Stick to that. read more

As a regular at Pats. Their food is amazing. I've never had a bad item at the restaurant. However, tonight from the time that I've placed my online order (usually takes 1 hour from order placement to receiving my food) at 8:54 to just receiving my food at 10:30 !!!!! The app promised a time of 9:40 pm. So almost an hour my promised time and nearly an hour and forty minutes after placing the order, my food (2 Cheesesteaks and 2 Cheeseburgers) was stone cold. I'm very disappointed needless to say. I just hope that this won't be a normal occurrence.
