The food is always really good, and the crew is amazing and is always really kind. They were super kind and helpful when it came to me having social anxiety and the environment in the restaurant is just amazing. The food is okay but this place is covered in political signs, "I love Trump" is one of the many. I just don't feel welcome here. It is really unfortunate because they have other locations that are lovely and don't have all these signs. The other locations are much more friendly feeling. read more

Stayed in Lincoln on vacation and called to order out after a long hike up and down Katahdin. I called to asked for two grinders which they didn't have and she didn't give suggestions on what else I could order instead she would rather not have my business which I found odd? Anyways, I finally asked her to tell me what grinders she had on the menu .. ended up ordering a meatball, cheesesteak and salad which were just ok.. nothing special. Would probably try a different pizza place in town if I ever stay again! read more

Nice local pizza place. We ordered a regular 14" pizza with bacon, onion, and fresh mushrooms. It was a nice size for two. Pat's is worth a stop if you are in the area. read more

We just left this restaurant and after simply asking the owner about our bill, we were "greeted" with the owner putting her foot on the bench we were sitting on, (open legs ) and an attitude I haven't seen from over 30 years managing 5 star restaurants and fast food joints, arguing with us and slapping the table over .50 condiments. She then came outside to take our plate number after paying the bill and we were getting in our car. Unbelievably rude service, lack of customer appreciation, and staff who doesn't know the menu at all. Very unfortunate in a town this small to have such a hateful owner. I'm sure the word will spread. Maybe I should open a decent pizza place for the fine citizens of Lincoln? Humm read more

I went to Pat's Pizza very often as a high school student. Now that I live far away, I don't get to visit as often, but I have always enjoyed their food. My favorite pizza is the bacon cheeseburger pizza. read more

Good food, clean dining room, average prices.

I was insulted and humiliated by the proprietor after mistakenly asking to speak to her. My question was a simple one concerning our bill. To my horror, she began raising her voice drawing attention to my party. As I continued trying to make sense as to why the waitress hadn't informed us that additional charges would be incurred for what we'd asked for, she slammed the table and put her foot up onto the vacant spot on the bench next to me. At this point, she'd gotten so angry, yelling in 30 years, she'd had not a problem, slammed her hand over the check, and said, pay it. Upon leaving, after paying my bill up front, she followed my party to the door, took my license plate, and gave me a peace sign. The place was empty. No wonder. Who ever heard of a pizza parlor who doesn't use mozzarella cheese on their pizza. The pizza was flavorless. We used grated cheese, and crushed pepper as well as additional salt just to have flavor. I use to go to Pat's pizza in Portland Maine all the time and the quality of the food and service were excellent. I went to the Lincoln Maine location and it is not even close to what I expected. 2 small pizza's cost $21+ and they were terrible and tasteless too. I asked for plastic silverware and was told I could have napkins that was it. Not many options in Lincoln to eat but that is no excuse for over priced low quality pizza. read more
