Joined a group of relatives for Sunday brunch here the other day and was very impressed. A chilly morning trip to this out of the way restaurant/farm stand was rewarded by a cozy, warm and friendly experience. The seating is cramped along long tables, so you end up sitting snugly up against total strangers. Nevertheless, that is part of the charm; I spent more time talking with the couple next to me than I did with my own relatives. The food was fantastic home-cooking coupled with a wood fired pizza oven. It felt like a homey potluck, with lots of creative dishes offered. The staff was so friendly and the live music was a great addition. The most incredible thing was all of this could be had for $12 a person!! It is now closed for the season, but I will definitely be back next year!!

We came on a Saturday at 10:45 am and there were already people waiting to go in when they open at 11am. The pizza buffet was very good with many choices. For 12$ you can get all the pizza you want with salad, desert and drinks. There is also a menu option also. The cafe was beautiful, open and inviting with plenty of seating. Exceptionally clean. Everyone was very friendly. The farm stand has every in season vegetable and fruit you can imagine. We will be back!

Second time at Stutzmans this morning. One hell of a nice place! Laid back brunch, economical, and the live music is just great. The food is awesome. People & staff warm to be around. Breakfast pizzas... mmmmmm!! Ice tea, lemonade, coffee... farm fresh ingredients. Local honey. Just can't wait to go back.

Located a mere two and a half miles from Dover-Foxcroft center, Stutzman's Farm offers not only fresh-picked produce but some of the best home-made baked treats in the area. If you come at the right time, the aroma of baking bread and sweets fills the friendly, open stand. Everything here is grown on the farm, which is located just down the hill from the stand. There's sweet corn, tomatoes, cukes, beets, chard, garlic scapes, onions, potatoes, and, in season, various berries. Baked goods range from organic breads to the most decadent 'classic' whoopie pies in the state of Maine. There isn't a huge selection here, but everything they have is top-notch. Although it isn't as convenient as the supermarkets in town, the quality of the produce, the prices, and their willingness to take food stamps makes Stutzman's a must during the harvest months. And don't forget the whoopie pies.

Always fresh ingredients. Pizza buffet, all home made with local ingredients, including fresh veggies. Includes two wonderful homemade soups--the bean, ham and greens was exceptional and also the mushroom soup. Then there is the raw apple cake! Amazing. A real deal--only $9 per person for the buffet. Wow. If you despair of good fresh food in this area, try Stutzman's

What a secret in the woods. This farm to table hide away an hour out of Bangor, Maine is well worth the drive. Their fresh greens topped with homemade dressings is hard to pass up. In fact I had 6 servings of it. Their brick oven pizza was even more of a treat for my tastebuds. They specially made a gluten free option for me. It was hard to choose among all the choices. I panicked when asked what would you like. There were a dozen pizzas already expertly crafted on the buffet so I chose one that looked delectable and said, "that one please just gluten free." I had consumed half of it before realizing it was meat free. You can't go wrong with a country drive out route 15 enjoying the scenic journey to Stutzman's Farm where your tummy and taste buds will thank you.

Way over priced! I agree cookies are good, but Will's Shop n' Save in the center of town has equally as good produce for a lot less money.

They use their own fresh produce that they grow themselves at the restaurant, and they also have a farm stand.

At first the place looked great - except for the lump of plants in a disarray -I'd remove them --…read moreand food seemed fine - some stuff. Wait staff flying thru and bringing dishes minutes after forcing parties to wait to eat. Winter time - icy parking lot - HUGE big truck at doorway - No handicapped was available. Decided to try again - again food straggles out - the prices went up as well - the salad they give for a $25 plate of food is served in a child kitchen dishes set - am I wrong?--- (also went up a $30) Smart TV playing all the magnificent journey the owner went on. Here is a poor town with many people desperately trying to make ends meet. 1. Most can't afford this prices- $30 -requires a real full dish salad - 2. Most people want to be able to enjoy all eateries, fairs, parades, festivals, ice cream stands, food stands instead of running to local bodega for a piece of beef jersey and a beer. 3. The ready made food is ok sometimes but I'd love to have a porterhouse and king crab legs too - and choose to order -- not just what is made for the day. We tried the burrito- they add potatoes- no one ever adds potatoes- and they won't take the out. White potato is inflammatory- can't eat it. Was hoping breakfast items had more Gluten free variety & dairy alternatives: goat milk - lots of goat farms around - all sell goat milk in supermarkets- I checked I think this area suffers enough and everyone should experience a meal in any eatery in Dover Foxcroft- You all represent businesses in the area and the communities people pay your bill(s). I'd love to see more accommodating prices - open every day so ALL MAINERS can find a seat at your establishment. MAke affordable meals as well as your expensive ones ---People should choose. DId you say cake? can you cut a real normal piece? this is not NYC- only place ever served so ski skimpy like yours ---was at Tavern on The Green--NYC Other things distracting- owners sitting with "special or favorite" Again- small town - Owners-Chef should greet and hear compliments from all patrons. All patrons should be able to give constructive criticism on what they are served. I can critique as we had a very successful restaurant and a grocery store. Being part of community- store owners have an obligation to uphold certain business ethics as they enrich the community and the community looks at you and how you handle your staff and your store. We hope to see and hear changes so all people who expressed the issues at your store can walk in and have dinner without breaking the bank or robbing money from Little Lucia's piggy bank. My wife and I first started with coffee. That was absolutely fantastic. We've gone the past three mornings since we've been in town. Stopped in for lunch one day and The Mill turkey stack on sourdough is absolutely wonderful the following evening my wife and I decided to go for dinner. The dinner was delicious, If you would like to make it a truly memorable night I highly recommend The Mill Café not only is the decor wonderful, the staff is genuinely amazing, Aaliyah was wonderful. I recommend the prime rib when available. Also, I definitely recommend making a reservation for dinner.
