This occurred June 7th, 2026. I was incredibly disappointed…read moreand concerned by the lack of food safety standards I witnessed here. While waiting, I watched a staff member prepping the kolaches at the work table, and his hygiene practices were completely unacceptable. He was actively using cheese as a makeshift prop to recline his cell phone so he could look at it while working. Cell phones are notoriously covered in germs, and to make matters worse, he was repeatedly touching his phone, and then handling the food without wearing any gloves. He was also talking directly over the open food without a mask or any barrier, and he was not wearing a hairnet. Cross-contamination like this is how people get sick. Watching someone handle raw dough, touch their personal phone, and rest electronics directly on the cheese used for customers' food is a massive red flag. I will be reporting this to the Montgomery County Health Services. This man probably takes his his phone to the restroom with him and then props it up against the cheese they serve their paying customers. SMH Also, the lady has been rude to me in the past. I was in my work (blue collar) uniform and she straight up laughed at me. Apparently women can't work in trades. Screw this place!

The ones with some kind of chocolate glaze were the favorite in my family (chocolate explosion and a seasonal holiday one). The cinnamon sugar was simple, but good as well. The only donut that was just ok was the strawberry iced donut. I wasn't bad, but the others were just much better. The employees were also helpful and pleasant to order from. They genuinely liked the donuts and I could tell from their engagement that they were happy to work there.
