I placed an order for 4 shirts on 12/29, the day that the Patriots won the AFC East. My long sleeve shirt was delivered within a few days. I received a text that my 3 short sleeved shirts had shipped 1/7. When they did not arrive by 1/18, I used the chat feature and was told that I needed to be patient. On 1/21 I called as the shirts still had not arrived and was assured that they would be delivered at 7 PM that evening, but nothing. On 1/23 I called back to hear yet another story and the girl told me that they only had XL shirts and she could process a refund, which never happened. On 1/30, still no shirts in hand, I called back to hear yet another excuse that now they have been lost in the mail (despite the carrier saying they do not have them). I asked to speaking with a manager and was immediately told that no one was available, without even checking. I have placed so many orders with the pro shop, this is the first issue that I have had but the excuses are out of control and no one is on the same page! I still have no shirts, no refund, and no one from management calling me back, despite my requests. read more

Ordered a Gunner Olszewski game jersey for my father who is a big fan. Spelled OLSZEWSKI correctly and correct number 80 on back but WRONG number on front. Number on front is 08. ProSLOP will NOT correct and re-ship. Cost was $142.00. Did survey and said "yes" to the question "do I want to be contacted?" It never happened. That was back in early June. Bought a custom jersey in store. The sign said same day. They offered to ship it as they were busy and couldn't offer same day. The jersey comes in the wrong size and we have the receipt to prove it. We have called and emailed many times the phone just keeps ringing and no emails back. The one time we actually get a hold of someone she just leaves a note for the manager. Still nothing. read more

We went in to the Patriots Pro Shop looking for a Hogan jersey. First excellent exterior clean, and a beautiful building. Upon looking for the jersey we eventually asked and they did not have it in stock, they told us we could do one of the custom jerseys and just put Hogan on it and they would charge us he price of the regular non-custom jersey. Talk about service, they said they would have to make it and it would take a couple hours. We bought it, placed the order, then continued to walk around the store. We walked up to the counter 10 or 15 minutes later and the jersey was all set! Earned my business for sure! read more

Awful experience with customer service from online shop. Ordered a 24m onesie for the Patriots Championship this year. Got it in the mail and it was HUGE. Photo comparison below of this brand and Carter's. The size chart they had was also comparable to Carter's. Emailed the company to express my disdain. These are once-in-a-lifetime orders and of course they are all sold out. I didn't want to return it because I wouldn't have the memorabilia. I got a voicemail asking me to call back. When I did, I was told that the merchant missized all of the onesies (which doesn't even make any sense because 24 months is the biggest onesie that is made). Anyway, she wanted me to take my time and drive to the ups store to return the item for a refund. She said that they would re-order them afterwards though could not guarantee they actually would be in again for sure, plus it's getting far after the fact, and said once they went on sale I could have the chance of reordering it online. The chance. At which point they probably would be sold out and I wouldn't have one at all. The woman was also rude and said "I don't know what you want me to do." I attempted to remedy by emailing my concerns and requesting to speak with a manager. I received a call back from the same woman, Carol, who said she was a manager. She told me she heard my complaints but nothing was changed to make me as the customer happy. She also kept talking over me, which is extremely rude as a customer service associate, never mind manager. I'll probably go through the inconvenience of returning it to get the refund since it's unwearable and since they aren't sending me an exchange, even though they sold the error. This store was located at Gillette stadium. It's a beautiful store. Ok. Can you say extremely over priced? Everything in the store can be found elsewhere cheaper; same quality but 25% less. And selling jerseys of guys no longer on the team for the price they asking is offensive. For $10 you can visit the team hall of fame. read more

The greatest brand in the NFL, however I wish I could say the same for the merchandise! There are a couple of cool mainstay items but compared to the rest of the NFL team merchandise that's out there they fall way short! Seems like they are resting on the Pat's laurels. read more

I just came by after a camping trip to pick up a Tom Brady jersey before the season starts. I went into the store and asked the employee for some help to find women's jerseys and she pointed across the store. Then I go over there and ask if there's a fitting room to try it out. As I'm checking out the employees just stare at my friends and were being very rude. It was a very awkward experience and it could have been a lot better if the employees were more friendly. I was a paying costumer, and I felt like I was intruding their hang out.... I was hoping for a better experience since I went a few years ago with my friend and her dad who is a season pass holder. Please get better employees, it will make the experience better for your costumer. read more
