Once again, Patriots Overhead (in particularly the awesome Tyler!) saved the day for me! My automatic garage door had a hiccup and wouldn't open or close all the way, making it impossible to use my garage. I called and was able to get assistance the very next day for a time slot of 12pm. Tyler called me and was available to make it EARLY at 10:42am. He fixed the garage door and was in his truck by 11am. Talk about a fast turn around time. What I like most is that Tyler is very personable and warm, communicates very well on what's going on and you can tell he is all about customer service! I even asked if I had a manual given to me (from last year when the garage door was originally installed)... he even remembered exactly where he left it for me lol. Talk about attention to detail! My safety cable let go and the door was not working properly called them up they were able to get out to the house in a few days. The service tech called when he was about 30 min. away and showed up on time was well spoken and clearly knew his job and got right to work. A week later I noticed that my door was not closing straight I called them again Tyler called me back said he could get here in a few days again he called when he was close 1/2 he away. When he arrived he found a pulley that had failed, (not an issue from the work they had done previously) he fixed it at no charge. Excellent service! I called on a Thursday and Tyler came by the next morning to look at the job. He told me exactly what was needed and we scheduled the work for Monday. The crew arrived and completed the job (which needed a lot of work) within a few hours. They replaced the gears, springs, track, and wheels. Showed up on time, wearing a mask. Replace a spring on an older garage door and installed the new pair spring. Replaced pulleys and all other woren or missing parts. Reviewed our options, quoted prices, did installation quickly, neatly and wiped down the door when done. We chose to repair at this time and consider what we want for a future update. Then took the time to go to our second home and install safety wires in the springs on that door. :) Will hire for future work. read more

I'm not one to write reviews but I simply have to praise Tyler and Isaac for their outstanding service. First off, Tyler responded to my initial inquiry within 20 minutes on Wednesday evening. He and Isaac arrived the very following evening to assess my garage door, offering to arrive at a time that was convenient for me. Isaac was able to give me a rough idea how much he thought the replacement would be. Which I though was more than reasonable considering I had already priced out material cost myself. This initial number was honored with a formal written estimate that was emailed to me the very next day. Here it is the following Monday and my new garage door is already installed! On top of that, Isaac was kind enough to replace the broken spring on my sheds' overhead door and ensure the cables and pulleys are taunt.... without any additional charge! Simply cannot say enough about the level of professionalism I experienced from Tyler and Isaac. Their work is clean. They are both respectful, polite, honest, and were an absolute joy to invite into my home! These two young men are proving what it takes to build and maintain a successful business.
