Can't say enough good things about Travis at True Garage Door! He came out right away to install a new rail system for me, and once he spotted some panel damage, I decided to replace the whole door too. I was worried about matching the color since I'm in a townhouse community, but Travis nailed it. He kept me informed the whole way through and came back today to finish the install. The price was also very reasonable. Travis is fair, honest, and makes sure you actually understand how everything works -- with a Nor'easter on the way, he even showed me how to manually open the garage if the power goes out. That's the kind of service you don't see much anymore. If you need garage door work done, call Travis! read more

Travis was on time and was able to fix my problem quickly and was very honest. Will absolutely call him again if needed!

Contacted this company ( owner) due to a loud sound in garage and he knew immediately that it was the low battery in one of the remote door garage openers. He was quite busy but made time for us arriving within 24 hours or less due to some medical issues we had and could not stop the irritating sound for the several days when he was able to come. He arrived at the designated time that next day and ended up replacing both batteries since he was on the site. Travis Rogers, owner of this company, is phenomenal in every way, kind, concerned, respectful and fair. There is no doubt that my husband and I would recommend as well as request the services of this company for ourselves in the future. Thank you, Travis, so very much. read more

Travis was unbelievable. Came out right away to replace my old garage door openers with new ones. He's truly an expert at what he does and even helped me program the keypads and the app on my phone when he was finished with the installation. Highly recommend! read more

I've been a customer of Travers Rogers at True Garage Door, and the experience has been excellent. He installed two new garage doors for us about three years ago--everything was handled professionally, on time, and with great attention to detail. More recently, I reached out to him about a failed exterior door opener. He fit me into his schedule, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got everything working again without any hassle. What really stood out was that he didn't just fix the immediate problem--he also identified and addressed a couple of minor items that could have turned into bigger issues down the road. That kind of proactive approach is hard to find. Travers is knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend True Garage Door. read more

Travis is a true gentleman, and was a pleasure to deal with, knowing and explaining things to me about his industry, showing me just how experienced he was, and how best to rectify the issues that I had with a very compromised installation by a different company who would not return my calls regarding their incompetence. He always communicated with me over the phone as to confirming, the day before, when he was coming over, when he was on his way, and then got to my home as planned. He is now my regular garage door guy. Thanks Travis. read more

I needed to have my garage door springs fixed on both sides. I have never had to do that before, so I went on Yelp and looked at the companies and reviews. True Garage Door answered my phone call and when I explained what was wrong, he asked me to send him a picture. I did , while we were on the phone, and he said based on my picture, the cables needed to be replaced. He also gave me the price and it was very reasonable , He asked if I needed it done today, or could it wait until tomorrow? I told him it could wait until tomorrow. So he and his helper where there at 9:30 in the morning. They were done in about an hour and they tested both door to make sure worked perfectly. I'm very happy with True Garage Door! read more

Travis- owner, installer of True Garage Door was awesome! Old Genie Garage opener brake on the track. Found True Garage Door on Yelp. Travis responded within minutes of me calling. He offered to come to the house for a free estimate, but after texted him a couple pics of the track and broken piece, he knew it couldn't be fixed. He recommended a replacement opener, and gave me a much lower quote than the last guy I used to install my garage doors who I had texted earlier to get a complete replacement quote. He was here quick with the opener, installed in about an hour, hour and a half. Helped me program my car and an extra remote, and done. Clean work, super friendly, and efficient. 100% recommendation Travis for garage door opener repairs. Especially if you want it quick and cost effectively done. read more

The owner, Travis, is a 'True' professional. My mother's 60-plus-year-old garage door was a hot mess, so I assisted her getting quotes for a new door, including cables and tracks. I called three companies for quotes. One company never bothered calling back. Of the two companies that actually came out for estimates, True Garage Door was slightly cheaper, but what convinced me to go with Travis was that, on his own initiative, he was able to un-jam the old, stuck garage door so that my mother's garage would be secure until the door could be replaced. True Garage Door had a much shorter lead time than the other company I received a quote from. They said they would have had to order the door, which would take a few weeks. Travis was able to obtain the door much more quickly. Travis was easy to communicate with and made the process simple and painless, from start to finish. Quality of the insulated steel garage door is on point, and Travis' installation was very professional and sturdy. The manual door glides up and down smoothly - no need for a motorized opener (my mother didn't want one anyway). The door looks so nice that a neighbor across the street hired Travis to replace his door. read more

He assessed the situation, explained everything throughly, and promptly sent me a very detailed estimate of what was involved. My garage door had been working on and off for years. The control thru the Bluetooth button in the car was not reliable, so many times I had to walk around to the door in my house and push the button in the garage. The first person I called did not even call me back. I called True garage door and Travis called me right back and came the next morning first thing and fixed my problem in no time at all. He really knows his business and I would highly recommend him!! He also fixed my remote when I would have been willing to buy one. If I ever need service or a new opener, I will definitely call him! It may be a holiday for some, but I called Travis at noon on June 19th and he was at my door by 2PM. I asked him to take a look at my garage door opener that hadn't been working for a year plus or maybe it was one of my coils that disengaged. Not only did he figure the problem out in 15 minutes as in the opener was not ever going to function again, he even offered to take it as an antique, well it was old. Just so happened he had a unit in his truck, quoted me an installed price, and fixed one of the coils, the seals on the door and threw in a controller at no additional charge. Done, he installed everything in about an hour or so. Even set up my car controls. I had called another company that fixed my neighbors door and they had a $130 fee to investigate, that would not be credited to an order, said no thanks. Gotta hand it to Travis, he knows his business, is very personal and professional and I will refer him to others that I know are struggling with their garage doors. Thanks again Travis. read more

Travis came to replace ancient springs and rollers on a door installation that is at least 30 years old. He quoted a fair price, which I accepted. Then he immediately went to work and in an hour, we had a new lease on the garage door' life. It was a wonderful treat to have him just handle it --so neat and careful and kind. I don't often leave reviews, but I was really impressed with True Garage and Travis. My garage door was a hot mess - rough tracks, broken door opener and motion sensors. Then the wires got messed up and I couldn't lift the door at all. So I couldn't put off doing something about it any longer. Hadn't heard about True Garage before looking on Yelp. Saw the uniform good reviews and figured I would give them a try. Travis got in touch less than 10 minutes after I submitted an estimate request online and was able to come out next day. He was totally professional: called before coming and arrived early. He took a look at the garage door and explained what it needed and gave a very reasonable quote, and was able to do it right then. He fixed the door and installed a new motor and sensors in about 2 hours. All around great experience. I highly recommend True Garage. read more

We called Travis when our garage door was stuck closed with both of our cars inside. Travis arrived the same day and fixed, what turned out to be, a broken spring. He was kind and clearly hardworking. His price was reasonable. He noted that we might need a part replaced on our garage door opener, but suggested we wait for a bit. It's not very common for someone to suggest NOT doing something. We appreciate his honesty. We will happily call him in future should we need garage door services. read more
