This was my first experience with this company as I had used a competitor previously and been very dissatisfied. So over the holiday weekend, a broken tension spring prevented me from opening the garage door. One car was, fortunately out, but the other was inside. I left a voice mail and sent an e-mail to this company after reading wonderful reviews and looking at a really decent web site. They called me just after 7:30 Monday morning and couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant. Scott arrived at about 9:30 (earlier than originally estimated as he had finished a previous job more quickly than anticipated). He was very courteous and pleasant, wore a mask, assessed the situation, gave me a reasonable repair cost and completed the work in under 45 minutes. The door works like a charm. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and were really quite exceptional in their approach to customer service. Great service arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window... Very professional and knowledgeable. I needed to repair my garage door. After that was done I decided to replace the opener with a quiet LiftMaster. Love it! Not only is it much quieter than the old one, it also works on wi-fi. Our repairman, Scott, showed up with the time frame given to me the day before and he actually arrived in the early range of that time frame on Tuesday morning. I knew from the minute that he backed his long van into my narrow, fenced-in, city driveway with cars on either side that he was going to be a crackerjack at whatever he does! After introductions, Scott, who was a perfect gentleman, analyzed the job and quoted us a very fair price for repairing our broken springs on a non-motorized garage door. i had not been able to drive my car since Friday due to a door that would not open. he went to work immediately and never missed a beat. He also added safety lines to the door springs. We asked him to check and lube our other 2 garage doors after he completed fixing the main chore. He did and everything was completed within an hour. I would highly recommend this company. I was able to schedule an appointment efficiently and explain the issues and they sent me a quote on a new motor/remotes. The technician, Carl, was very nice and knowledgeable and gave me options. He checked my other garage as well as the one that needed repair. He did a great job and reviewed the work that was done. They said they would arrive between 12 - 1 and arrived at 11:45. Carl said it would take about 1 hour, and he was exactly correct. They provide free estimates. Lifetime warranty on the motor and 2 years on parts, etc... Carl also wore a mask and kept everything safe during this pandemic - COVID-19. read more
