This nail spa is such a relaxing oasis from my busy schedule! The atmosphere is so very peaceful. The employees are professional, personable and treat you like royalty. Patriot's Nails has options for different types of pedicures that includes my very favorite, the aloe and hot stone therapy! I suggest this pedicure to everyone! The nail color and types of polishes are plentiful and almost endless! The prices are very reasonable giving customers the option to pay in cash or charge. Patriot's Nails is conveniently located on Dixie Highway in Radcliff outside of Fort Knox.

This place has the most affordable prices, friendly and talented staff members, and so many polish colors and gel styles to choose from. I got a regular pedi and a gel mani here and my total was $50, which is much less than what I'd pay for the same services at a salon in Louisville. The only downside is that this salon is small and is usually very busy so there's almost always a wait time, but it's worth the wait.

Went here as a second choice because my preferred nail salon was closed. I guess they have a new guy working now and upon first impression he was just quiet. He was awesome helping me match dipped and gel although I ended up just getting gel. Very pleased with my experience today

Was desperately looking for a decent nail salon in the area and I decided to give this place a shot because the prices seemed reasonable. I went in looking for a fill and was immediately disappointed at the fact that they couldn't just remove my current polish color and allow me to get a whole different color. they pretty much wanted me to get the same shade of color and just cover up the current work that I had, so I suggested that maybe we do some type of glitter ombré which seemed to work fine but was not really what I wanted... After I paid I noticed a hair in my nail so I brought it to the guys attention but no matter How hard I tried to show him he pretended like he couldn't see it and told me that it was a crack at the bottom of my nail when clearly there's no crack in my nail... he said it wasn't his problem and Then was rude enough to start laughing at me with his coworkers and talking to them in their language so that I couldn't understand what he was saying. Finally I gave up and left but I'm pretty upset that for $35 all they could do was cover up my nail with some glitter and not even do a good job at it. I'm giving three stars because other then the rudeness and lack of creation the guy did an alright job. I've included pictures of the original work and the "cover up" job I got here plus the hair lol so if you decide to give this place a try definitely check your nails before you pay

The guy who does nails here always does good on mine and they last longer than anywhere else I have gone. He's not much of a talker but I'm ok with that.

My impressions from visiting this salon with my spouse: Spacious and cordial- nothing too fancy, but service is good. The space is open and helps reduce the acrylic smell that many nail salon shops might have. They don't offer powder gel but they do have a more durable type of nail gel. There are six (6) very comfortable chairs for Pedicure and eight (8) for manicure. Prices are very reasonable.

Bought $120 in gift certificates which as you can see clearly states "good for one year". They refused to honor them saying they are only good for 6 months. Refused to give me refund and refused to allow me to speak to store owner. The man was VERY rude to me and argued with me. No customer should ever be treated they way I was. They are crooks! I will never spend another cent there! I will be suing.

So I went to check this place out and if your in a hurry this is the place for you. I however was not in a hurry. I love a nice long mani/pedi. This place took all of one hour to do both. And I always get regular polish on my toes and shellac/gel polish on my fingernails and that carry the matching polishes but somebody forgot to tell the polishes that they were supposed to match! And it even kind of hurt when she was taking the polish off of my toes, yanking and scrubbing the heck out of my toes! I won't be returning to this place.

Been there several times, last 3 burned me. Terrible work and fighting amongst the hub and wife. Stress I don't need.

Eventually made conversation as time went on. Might just be his personality. I believed there were only 2 employees working when I came in. I was not given a service menu or offered "types of pedicures" so I'm not sure if there is more than one service available. I asked if there was guest WiFi, he said no. I was only getting one bar 5G (practically no service). The reasoning behind it was "it's the same WiFi used for our payment system and we don't want hackers.". He asked if I had AT&t and said that is the reason I don't have good service here so I was unable to use internet. The building felt like there was no air circulation and it was hot. Mind you, outside was 87 degrees. The pedicure was honestly trash, he only did my feet, literally. He never touched my calves or shins.. and no massage. When he did the exfoliation, salt scrub, he only did the top of my foot. Which was pretty confusing. When he did the lotion he only rubbed it into the top of my feet and ankles. Again, never getting my shins or calves. The building was clean and beautiful. They offer bottle water but it's $1 each. No price menu posted anywhere. NOT WORTH IT.
