At the end of the week of walking around in new shoes, the pedicure and deluxe treatment with the scented lotion and massage was well received. I hated that the other patrons were uncouth and loud, that is the small city life I guess. I called ahead to inquire of the costs and stopped in shortly after. I was taken back for my pedicure right away and sat in my massaging chair for the pedi. My attendant was quick and not rough in her work. She didn't seemed rushed and did great work to help how my feet feel. I travel to this small town for work but I will continue to come back here time after time. read more

The team at T & T were great From me calling several times, with several questions, they answered each time Mike did an awesome job on my mini-pedi (scrub w/no polish change) He was on point during the scrubbing portion and he was really gentle with grabbing and placing my feet/toes as he did my pedi Shocking, it was the only time I've ever had someone really be gentle GO FIGURE I believe I had Jessica (forgive me if it's not her name), for my dipping polish. I really love the way everything came out, from how she did the process, from start to finish She understood what I wanted, but unfortunately they didn't have a clear, natural color. I also liked that they try to make sure you're comfortable, i.e. using a nail case to prop your hand up However, I like the color that came out in the end. I will definitely keep them on my list whenever I come back and need these services I hope more current customers do reviews because the ones available do not do them any justice or anyone needing their awesome services OAN: They're a cash only business, but have an ATM in their shop. First time customer. I didn't have to wait long. Very clean and professional. Always asked for my preference at each step.

I wanted a manicure and so I go hoping maybe they were no longer rude like they were a couple years ago! Nothing has changed except my pedicure is horrible, I had to tell her she didn't clean under my nails, absolutely no cuticle oil and my cuticles look horrible! I paid 25 dollars to get to come home and do my nails....I do not recommend going to the salon for anything! Crap service all around. Even 1 star is too many. Didn't even soak my hands or use cuticle softener before cutting away and mind you there was not a customer in the building!!! read more

I've been reading reviews and I feel as if I'm not the only one who has had the same issue with the same male individual. He is extremely rude and just makes you uncomfortable the entire time. Tells you to relax your hands, even though he is holding on to them very hard. Wouldn't do them shorter like I asked. My nails came out okay but I did bleed and was sore for a couple days after. This place had "zero" customers waiting, "zero" customers in pedicure bath. I asked to soak 5 minutes before they did my pedicure and they agreed. When I got ready to pay, they charged me $5 more for simply soaking and still, there were "zero" customers waiting. They should have told me that it cost $5 to do what should be part of the process anyway. Bad service all around. read more

This place did a terrible job and EXTREMELY Expensive. The prices was not listed, thinking it was normal pricing me and my daughter (5yr old) came and ended up getting a manicure. The manicure was just a crappy service. Slapped lotion rubbed twice over and called it good. They just painted my my daughters nails and charged $75 dollars for my 5 year old!!!! Unbelievable! T&T nails has really gone down hill the last two years. I've been going there for several years, but after today I will never b back. The quality of the work is mediocre at best. The problems noted are thick lumpy nails, crooked nails, nails not matching in width of length. I've been having to fix my nails at home the last couple of times but today I went back to have them fix it and was told my nail was lumpy and uneven because I had 2 coats ofbase polish and two coats of topcoat! Unbelievable! Told him that wasn't true. He said they only put one coat on acrylic nails. That's a lie! Six of my toes had missing polish and was painted was very sloppy. Instead of repainting my nails he just cleaned up the skin around the nails. For the lumpy and too wide nail all he did was file the sides which took of the polish which he did not fix. So, I'm new to Ft. Knox and a friend of mine and I went to this salon after we ate breakfast. I will say that I should have read the reviews on this place because everything negative that was said was true. This place is dirty and not well kept at all, there are no liners for the pedicure bowels in the back so you have to pray that they keep them clean. I came in for a pedicure/manicure. The woman who was doing my pedicure did not use any cuticle softening lotion at all instead she went into immediately pushing back my cuticles and then as I watched her with a scary expression on my face she cut my toe and then started giggling like it was ok and threw water on my foot as if it would magically heal my cut skin. Please, please, PLEASE do not come to this place for anything!!!! I decided right then and there that I would not be getting any service from this particular salon so I ended my pedicure and told the manicurist I do not want her to do anything else except remove my finger nail polish. The owner came over gathered my things and put them on the floor. Now, since I am a GS civilian with a security clearance I couldn't slap her in her mouth but I will tell everyone not to patronize this establish. Please believe all the negative reviews about this place because they are most definitely true. read more
