The staff is incredibly rude. The (what I assume to be) owner is kind however his other staff is ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Whenever I call to order for PICKUP they freak out at the fact that I don't have a 978 area code even though I live 10 mins from the shop. "This is patriots pizza in Gardner you know!?" Yes I know that's why I called. Additionally there is no restricts when online ordering in terms of what town they do and do not deliver to. So, I ordered to Ashburnham. I tried to order delivery and the guy on the phone was super rude. He couldn't understand what I was saying, which is fine, but he had an incredibly rude tone. I asked to add a small bag of Wachusett chips and he paused and told me, "this is Patriots Pizza, you're calling the right place right?" Ive ordered the steak tips here multiple times and for a long time since living in the area and theyre always the same. They do not taste like steak and the texture is real weird. Not my taste. The french fries are awful. Just plain disgusting actually. Went straight in the trash. Along with the steak tips. And the salad is pathetic. Soggy lettuce. Old tomatoes. Tonight we stopped in at Patriot Pizza on the way down Rt. 2 and have to say that it wasn't a bad little pizza shop. We bought a large cheese pizza that came out to a little over $10, and we were surprised how good it was. The dough itself was average. The crust wasn't handmade and most likely frozen, but the sauce and cheese were great. The restaurant itself was small but had a ton of seating and it was filled with a ton of people. The cashier was a bit rough around the edges, but polite enough. The only critique was that the bathrooms were a bit "budget". The sink was being held up by broom handles, but it was fairly clean. In the end the pizza was good, the price was great, and the restaurant was simple and homey. Not a bad place to stop for a quick bite! read more

Ordered today and the food arrived cold again. I expressed my displeasure to the driver, and he proceeded to keep walking away from me as if I didn't exist, no acknowledgement whatsoever. However, I called and let them know what happened and I was unhappy that my food is cold. They acknowledged and agreed to make another order and send it over. Not gonna lie, their food is delicious, even though the portions seem small in comparison to similar restaurants. Overall I am satisfied with their food, and their willingness to own up to their delivery issues. I am not interested in breaking their balls, I just want them to do better as far as their customer service and prompt delivery goes. read more

The food is always great no matter what my family orders. It is the least greasy pizza in town. My girlfriend doesn't have a gallbladder so if food is really greasy it does a number to her. She has never had a problem with the Pizza or anything else from here. Delivery is always close to the time predicted. We rarely order pizza or subs from anywhere else. read more

The pizza is decent. I tried it because another reviewer said the sauce was sweet and I like sweet sauce. Unfortunately, it didn't taste sweet to me at all. It's your basic greek pizza with a crispy, thinner crust. There's lots more pizza than crust though, and that's always nice. read more

Today i ordered a buffalo chicken salad, my lettuce was wilted, soggy and discolored, and so old the color of the lettuce was coming off on my fingers, and the chicken was cold and discolored as well, I called to re order my food they said it wasn't a problem and they would make it fresh. when they delivered my second salad they sent me a plain salad with wilted lettuce, and lettuce again so old that the color was coming off on my fingers, without chicken and no dressing. i called again to ask for a refund and i was told to call back in 10 minutes because the person on the phone couldn't help me and his hands were tied, but to call back when the owner was there because he was the only person at the pizza house. This is unacceptable service and horrible management. I CALLEd back after the 10 minuets and spoke to the owner/manager. And he started yelling and screaming at me telling me that he made the salad this morning and something was wrong with my eyesight and he did not want my service anymore. I simply asked for a refund and the man told me he wanted the salads back and he would give a refund. The manager was rude and disrespectful read more

In my quest for good pizza here in Central Mass, my search didn't end here. The pizza was definitely NOT for me. It's like beach pizza meets Greek pizza. The sauce is very sweet sauce with Greek style. It's an interesting combo, but will definitely give you heartburn.
