P&S Pizza House has been holding down Clinton since 1963, and it shows--in the way only a true…read morelegacy shop can. It's older than half the street, probably tougher than the other half, and still throwing food like it's trying to win a championship. Nothing here feels phoned in; everything feels earned. The calzone is a whole situation. A full-size one isn't a meal, it's a dare. Unless you're Adam Richman on a bender or you've recently completed some kind of spiritual fast in the desert, do not attempt it solo. It's enormous, it's packed to the edges, and it could feed two people comfortably--or three if they're the type who claim they're "not that hungry" and then eat half your fries. The pizza is classic Greek style done with the confidence of a place that's been doing it longer than some countries have had stable governments. The sauce hits exactly where it should, the cheese has real personality, and the toppings don't just sit there--they participate. In Clinton, you're not finding a better, more consistent pizza experience unless you start hallucinating one. And then there's the bottled craft cream soda. Forget the beige, timid stuff you see everywhere else. This one hits your tongue like it's launching a political campaign--loud, charismatic, and fully committed to winning your vote. It opens with a blast of sweetness and then leaves you floating in a vanilla afterglow that feels borderline spiritual. The shop itself is cozy. You can eat in, but most regulars grab their order to go because they know the drill. Prices are almost suspiciously reasonable for the quality they're putting out. Honestly, they could charge more, but they don't--because they're still operating like a neighborhood place instead of a trend-chasing food lab. If you want pizza from a place that's survived trends, fads, economic nonsense, and the general chaos of the universe without losing its soul, P&S Pizza House is the move.

They were busy but the pizzas were ready on time and were still hot when we got home 20 minutes later. In the lands of Greek style pizza shops, we both thought PH was good. The tomato sauce was not sweet which IMO was a nice change, the dough reminded me of a pan pizza while having a nice crunch at the bottom but soft on the inside. Good amount of toppings. Both pizzas were cooked well and looked NOTHING like some of their photos on Yelp. The White Delight was excellent and that will be our new go-to when we order from here. I am EXTREMELY picky with chicken on pizza, but Parkhill did theirs well and it was even good re-heated the next day. I'm glad we tried them out, the staff seemed really nice as well.
