Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

All of the big name interstate movers turn down small sized interstate moves. I must have called 12 different movers; which included the well known companies and some of the smaller ones. The local companies are happy to take your business for intrastate moves; but not interstate moves. I was concerned when no contract was required by Brandon. However, this guy can be trusted to perform what is agreed upon with just using text messaging. He is also very careful with fragile pieces; taking great care in delivering them in one piece. Some movers suggested shipping our boxes. However, this is not an inexpensive option. Plus ,unlike Brandon, who carries your boxes out of the unit and into your destination ( we have three levels ); the usual shippers require delivery to the store and drop off at the eventual destinations front stoop. As for cost, considering Brandon is flexable about pickup and delivery; the small extra amount is well worth it!!! Paul H.

I simply was putting it into a more obvious place than the ground. After all if I dropped something I'd appreciate someone picking something up if I dropped it. No good deed goes unpunished here apparently. I was so flabbergasted I didn't respond with a better explanation but it's a situation I never should've happened. The only reason I have given them two stars rather than one is because the gal at the counter was very nice as she usually is. Still overall disappointed with the whole experience.

This used to be a store where people with limited means could walk in and find something decent and affordable to wear. I don't understand how items that are donated for free are now being priced at $12. That feels like an excessive markup for a thrift store. Thrift stores are meant to serve community members who are struggling and help meet basic needs. Adding the word "vintage" to the name doesn't seem like it should justify doubling prices. It feels concerning that an organization that claims to support children may now be putting additional strain on families who are already having a hard time, especially when the merchandise is donated. The shift reminds me of the pricing philosophy at Goodwill Industries International, which is one reason I stopped shopping there. I used to be a weekly customer. Now I only stop in occasionally if I happen to be nearby. Overall, this has been very disappointing.

I Called and scheduled for these guys to come move me. I was very impressed with the way they not only suggested different options but also saved me money. When I was giving a quote is was expecting some high prize but they were actually cheaper then I imagine. I was shocked when u realized the day of the move I wasn't gonna have everything packed before the guys had gotten there like I had told them over the phone I would have...by my surprise that wasn't a problem for Kevin and Carl as they were more then happy to help me finish up the packing that needed to be done. not only were they very professional, on time, and even saved me money but they are very hard working but courteous, passionate, polite and very helpful....I will recommend these guys to all my friends !! This weekend 8/27 my family and my self moved into our new home. I call around and received quotes, from a few different moving companies. I choose this company, because he knew what he was talking about, he just made me feel at ease. This is my first time moving and Chris was so helpfully from the beginning. He sent us 3 movers, Carl, Enrique, and Kevin. They showed early, and gave us a call letting us know they were 5 min away. They wasted no time at all packing and moving. They thought of things and solutions i didn't even acknowledge. I hear so many horror stories when moving, I am grateful to say these men where honest, hard working and so professional. West Coast Flooring was the subcontractor on an insurance claim I handled through Tactical…read moreRestoration, and unfortunately I would not recommend either company. West Coast charged premium prices for poor-quality work and obvious corner-cutting. At the time, I didn't scrutinize the cost as closely since insurance was paying, but in hindsight the combination of overcharging and subpar workmanship is unacceptable--especially on a flood mitigation project. They installed LVP flooring throughout my home. Early on, their mistakes actually worked in my favor: they tore out the wrong tile and had to replace additional flooring at no cost to me. While this may have been partly due to Tactical Restoration's poor communication and lack of coordination, it still reflects a broader pattern of carelessness on the job. About two years after installation, the flooring began to cup and shift. I brought in multiple independent flooring contractors for repair estimates (around $1,500), and every one of them said the same thing--the floor was not installed correctly. There was inadequate expansion space, no transitions, and likely no vapor barrier, which is especially concerning given the flood-related nature of the work. Unfortunately, the issues surfaced just beyond the state's two-year warranty window, leaving me with no practical legal recourse. When I raised these concerns, I encountered deflection and avoidance rather than accountability. Tactical Restoration eventually acknowledged that corners had been cut, but claimed the steps they skipped were not "legally required" at the time. Regardless, manufacturer guidelines exist for a reason. I still tried to resolve the situation reasonably and asked for a fair quote to fix the problems and move on. The quote I received was $2,484--nearly $1,000 higher than every other contractor I consulted. Overall, the experience reflects poor workmanship, inflated pricing, and a lack of responsibility. I would not use West Coast Flooring again.
