After standing around for 15 minutes while he fumbled through his pile of disorder, an employee in the back located us on the computer. As we forked over ANOTHER $355, I asked what our recourse was if the boat was still not fixed. He said we'd have to bring it back so he could take it on the lake to check it out. Not "it's finally fixed", mind you, because he finally admitted he doesn't even know what is wrong with it! At this point, I think this 'Doc' needs to be sued for 'malpractice'. He is a charlatan and a conjurer. We didn't know this because there was no Yelp review before ours but now that we know of his reviews on Yahoo, we are *not* surprised.
